Update on the weight!

Since the last weigh in, I’ve lost a little more weight. I’m currently weighing in at 155 lbs. I’m excited about this transition. Let’s go!

In August of 2015, I weighed in at 206.4. Today, December 14th, 2015... I am 167.8. I'm still working hard until I reach my fitness goal. However- It's not about the number on the scale, it's about health.
