T.I.A.A. (This Is Also Africa)

After returning from West-Africa I discovered a lot of people have the wrong impression. I got quetions like: did you see a lot of kids with swollen belly's? Did you also have flies on your face all the time, or is that only when you're dirty? What did you do with your time? Is it possible to party? But I don't blame them, this is te image the media shows us.. What I saw during my stay was hope, potential, possibilities, happiness, colors and a brighter future. I would like to focus on all the beautiful and positive things made in or inspired by Africa.
