Going Round the Twist?

If you’re ever in Melbourne, Australia - get out of the city and take a trip along our beautiful coastline!

Along the Great Ocean Road, you can stop at Kennett’s River and observe the natural Australian wildlife from laughing birds (Kookaburras) to drop bears (Koalas.) You can also buy a bag of feed from the Koala Kafe and feed the parrots and cockatoos.

They’re pretty friendly, however I wasn’t so sure about them at first, especially the little guy on my head...

However he grew on me after a while, I named him Kevin.

It’s been two months since my last trip

And I definitely have itchy feet. Where to next?

I’m thinking India, Sri Lanka & Nepal in March, 2016.

Hawaii, you have been absolutely brilliant. The first time in a long time I’ve felt completely at home away from home - a much needed break, soul searching and reflecting on life... By the pool... With cocktails in hand.

Now back to the reality that is freezing cold Melbourne.

Waikiki is a total different vibe to Maui. Not that I didn’t expect it but I feel like I’m experiencing culture shock?

Maui - you have been truly amazing. I love every piece of you that I’ve seen so far. I can’t wait to come back and explore some more. My soul is happy here, until next time.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love being underwater. Especially when there’s ocean wildlife. So when S suggested snorkelling, and promised turtles, it was a no brainer for me!

I’m loving all of the experiences I’m having here in Hawaii. It’s truly been one of the best holidays I’ve had in my life. I never want to leave.

I’ve been in Hawaii for a total of 48 hours and I’ve never felt this way about a place before. Everything about this island warms my spirit; the water, the air, the sun, the vibe.

I’ve found a home away from home where my soul is happy.
