can’t really say. exotic is a very relative (controversial) and hard-to-define term. And I guess every finnish man has their own preference. :)

Well every Finnish man has their own preference, but I can say from my own experience, that when I, as a girl with white skin colour (but tan in the summer) and black hair, got many positive stares :)

Tosta suomen kielen opettelusta sen verran et meillä oli vaihtari ku olin pieni ja siis se ainaki opetteli puhumaan ihan puhekielellä koska sitä kuulee enemmän (joten helpompi oppia) ku kirjakieltä

voin ulkomailla asuneena allekirjoittaa että puhekieli kyllä tarttuu helpommin ja on käytännöllisempää kuin kieliopin pänttäys. Semmoiselle, joka aikoo pidemmäksi aikaa jäädä suomeen ja opiskellakin jotain on varmasti hyötyä myös kirjakielin opettelusta.

Mun mielestä on tosi tärkeää osaa kirjakieltäkin, ja jos sitä osaa jo hyvin ja sujuvasti, sitten on hyvää oppia puhekieltäkin. Jos ei ymmärtää taivutuksia ja sääntöjä, ja oppii vaan puhekieltä, varmasti menee kaikki sekaisin päässä. Minä opiskelin yliopistossa ensin kirjakieltä 3 vuotta ja puhekieltä opin ‘elämästä’ kun asuin Suomessa...

En oo sama mieltä, meillä Slovakiassa, unkarilaisen vähemmistölle on pakkoslovakki alaasteelta, 1. luokalta, ja niinkin kaikki vihaa slovakin kieltä.
