I started shouting and crying in front of my family.. Today has just been a bunch of crying. I'd say it's without reason, but I do know who caused it.

It’s “cool” to suffer, when you isolate yourself instead of seeking help. I really need fp right now or a therapist. I’m in pain. I just keep thinking about things that trigger me..My ex, my current relationship, parties, abandonment, the future and just everything. I thought I had eaten something bad for me, but it’s just anxiety.

And also, no wifi so I put my 3G on now and then to check if anyone has messaged me and I just get disappointed every time.
