From the metal jungles of Alexandra township, Sand Isle is an individual that uses himself as a medium to connect to the broad channels of the world, through the search of the ears that share the same itch.
When Sand Isle realised that music was his foremost passion, he moved from just being a simple listener/collector of Deep House, Tech, Kwaito, Hip hop and everything in between to researching the art of House music, DJing and producing, using what was discovered to develop his own internationally influenced sound.
Sand Isle started studying electronic music production in 2010 which helped him gain momentum for producing his own sound. Described as very deep, eclectic, melancholic yet groovy, melodic almost abstract deep tech.
On this mix Sand Isle takes us on a 1h:48 journey of mixed music ranging from Deep Tech, Dub, Deep house, Tech house and a bit of dark ambience, the tempo makes it easier for the ear to easily get into it as it opens with a slow Deep Tech track.
