these tips are for losing weight subtly while living with other people or your family
add baking powder and a bit of lemon to your water, the combination helps your teeth stay white and also burns good in your stomach
study a lot/ make revision sheets for distraction
bake nice food so others don't notice, make them eat it though without taking part yourself while you clean the kitchen
start learning new things, like Wicca related stuff or a language where there is a lot to learn, it distracts for long periods
find a nice aesthetic that you want to have, show it to all people around you so they notice your clothes more than your weight
find workouts that you can't do at first, motivate yourself to get through the whole workout without a break and then add more/harder workouts. tell others it's because you want some muscles (especially working during quarantine as we all spent a lot of time at home lying around which isn't good for the body)

also, try drinking a glass of water with about Β½ a teaspoon of baking powder and a lot of lemon before bed, it will taste awful but work amazing overnight without you noticing the sounds your belly will make ππ
