In the Quiet House
[Written 5-4-20]
Here you can find the scattered pieces
of lives that were once so happy
Soaked into the dark wood grain
Splattered across white tiles
In lines and puddles and drips
The only remains of that unlucky family
silenced one dark night
by a person with a crazed mind
and their lucky little knife
Well that became dark..... 🙃
