Varoma is a Thermomix® term that means "vapour" and "aroma". For cook : Two amazing words.. We use Varoma temperature (in the manual mode) for steaming as well as when we want to do quick "stir fries / sautes" or for reduction. ❗️❗️ Tips for perfectly steamed food in Varoma ❗️❗️ 1. Ensure food is laid out with sufficient space for the steam to circulate. 2. When using a steaming plate, always place it on a trivet 3. When placing food directly on the Varoma dish and tray, you can use a porous paper like the Thermomix® Steaming Paper to line 4. Steamed cakes and puddings taste amazingly moist but be sure to use tins that fit nicely and place the tins on chopsticks or the Thermomix® trivet to ensure steam circulates around the tin. Cling wrapping the top of the tin can prevent vapour dripping back onto the cake 5. Every 15min of steaming will require 250g of water - sufficient liquid (usually at least 500g) is required to steam the food placed in varoma. 6. Always use Varoma temperature when steaming food to generate sufficient steam to cook the food 7. Starchy liquid or those that foams (such as milk, potato soup) are not suitable as a medium for steaming as too much foam will bubble up and may result in overspill 🚫 🛒 Shop for Varoma PerfectFit set for cooking accessories such as the Steaming Plate, Varoma tray, Moulds and Steaming Paper online ⬇ https://shop.thermomix.com/consultant/112740/ #thermomix #thmixwithkarie #thermomixconsultant #thermomixconsultantinusa #varoma #thebestkitchenrobot2023 #smallestkitchenintheworld #joinmythermomixteam #healthyrecipes #healthylifestyle #steamfood https://www.instagram.com/p/Co-YlX5rGwT/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
