another major reason why im not interested in seeing thor’s story continue in love & thunder is that to ME it ended perfectly in ragnarok sure it was a open ended but narratively it was perfect thor finally accepted his duty as king of asgard and saved his people from genocide its a sad yet hopeful ending. infinity war took that ending and ripped it to shreds and endgame turned thor in a poor facsimile of himself so i consider those to be non-canon add-ons as well.

listen i just think love & thunder should be a 10-15 minute rom-com short film with thor being the best king and valkyrie being the best warrior queen (yes, these two identities can exist in a black woman without clashing) of new asgard on earth. he’s also an avenger part time but he’s brunnhilde’s husband foremost ok
