something i've been thinking about, my therapist recently asked me something along the lines of "and where do you think that comes from?", i thought about it for a second and before telling her my answer i told her "this might be foreseeable, but..." and. where does that come from? do i relly need to be surprising for my own therapist? ironically we were talking about feeling uninteresting for other people and i've fallen into my own trap once again
