I love to hug someone when they are feeling down . There's something special about knowing they feel safe enough around you to let their guard down and show their emotions without fear of judgment. It's that quiet recognition that they trust you completely—that they know they can be vulnerable, be sad, and simply be themselves in your presence.

Trust me, energy is never one-sided. They felt it too.

You know that feeling when someone suddenly pops into your mind and you convince yourself it's just a one-sided thing? I don't believe that's always true. Sometimes the connection runs deeper than we can explain.

And trust me, that avoidant fuck felt it too.

When someone hits your mind out of nowhere and the feeling lands that deeply, it doesn't always feel like an accident. It's like something shifts. An energy, a memory, a connection. Maybe that's why certain people come to mind so intensely, even when you've been trying to move on.

I believe that when someone thinks about you strongly, on some level you can feel it. Maybe not in a way science can easily explain, but in those sudden waves of emotion, those random thoughts, those moments when a person appears in your mind without warning.

Call it intuition, call it telepathy, call it energy—I just believe we're all operating on different frequencies, and sometimes those frequencies cross. Sometimes two people are connected in ways they don't fully understand.

So if you're sitting there wondering whether they felt it too, my answer is this: don't be so quick to assume you were the only one carrying that connection. Some people feel things just as deeply; they're simply better at hiding it.
