The size dilemma

Every time I go shopping for clothes this happens:

I pick up a clothing item in a size “L” and hold it up. It looks huge! So I put it down and pick up a size “M”. Looks reasonable. Being a deadbeat when it comes to trying on clothes at the store I purchase it. I bring it home and try it on at night while changing into my pjs. Sure enough, it’s too small! Now it will go back in the bag with the receipt and stay in the corner of the room until it says sorry! Or until I take it back for a refund. No, not an exchange because I’m mad at it!

I’m sitting here looking at a pile of warm weather clothes I got from Costco today (I was there only to pick up a prescription). They are a mix or “M’s” and “L’s”. Some are folded and wrapped in that sticky paper label. I mean, who knows with Costco sizing? Isn’t everything there supersized?

Anyways, I’m going to have be really careful opening the pajama set and remembering each fold as I unfold it. Because in the back of my mind I know it will be too small. It better not let me down.

In a male dominated society...

Women are denied an education because an ignorant person is easier to control.

Men like to stay in control. For many of them, a woman is a slave who must only cook clean and provide sexual pleasure. Sometimes women will also be treated as a stress releasing punching bag. This is clearly prevalent in developing/third world countries.

In the developed western world women have the equal right to an education. BUT, they must still be all of the above AND earn a household income which MUST NOT be greater than their male partners. Men must always feel superior, one way or another.
