Was it because I didn’t feel the need to answer your questions? Perhaps.

Was it because I felt overwhelmed by your want to know more about my life? Possibly

Or was it because after all this time, I’m being blamed for the distance between us? Probably. 

I realize that every time I talk to you, my confidence drops, my mood shifts, and tears fill my eyes. 

When are you going to realize the role you played in all of this?
