Are you significant?

To make a difference; in your community. In someone else's life. In the workplace. As someone who creates art. What is the significance of 'making a difference'? Does it matter the number of people you 'make a difference' to? Does a person who makes a difference to only a few (a handful of friends, their family members, etc) over his or her lifetime matter less than one who makes a difference to many?

Even one lone individual is an entire universe in and of him or herself. Make a difference to just one - and it is the same as making a difference to an entire universe.
