Final Dreamscape/Confrontation with D-004
Pick up the knife on the second table from the upper right.
There will be a total of a whopping amount of 6 ropes that needs getting rid of. As the first three are obvious, will be skipping them. After getting rid of the first three, pass by the noble outside on the balcony and this will trigger.
After that, there will be a bloodstain near the left entrance, enter from there. Exiting again to the balcony, there will be a lot of hanging bodies but there is a rope among them. Interact with the one below in the image. The second and third are on the same spot as the previous ones that were in the hall. Good luck getting to them!
Get back to the normal dreamscape by going through the same way you came in. And same as the past Amalia, end the party and follow the prince to the balcony.
For those struggling with the D-004 fight, use a macro/rapid trigger device/turbo controllers (Yes, Nama encourages the use of such as in the Demonic Mode version, it is just not humanly possible.)
Leaving D-004 at a certain HP for a certain amount of time, he will move to the far left and triggering the 'Death' screen is unavoidable. It is still possible to clear the fight with it but it will be very hard. To prevent D-004 from going to the left, make adjustments to never leave the remaining HP at around 60-70 for a short moment, as that will trigger the aforementioned event. (Numbers are estimate.)

BAD END
In order to receive the BAD END, you must do the following:
Do not pick up the [Survival Knife].
Have the [Calamity Bead] in your inventory.
Here is how you can ensure the following objectives above:
When playing as Eins after obtaining the [LED Magic Light], you can talk to the woman here named Dakt Sheny. Keep talking to her until she gives you multiple points to ask about, select “Is there anything I can do to help?” This will eventually allow Eins to go west further down the path much to Sheny’s chagrin.
To the southwest is a place with a corpse and 12 demon beast eggs. You will want to ignore this corpse completely. Even after Sheny joins Eins, continue to ignore this corpse. As long as you do, you will not pick up the [Survival Knife] which will lead you into the better endings of the game.
Later, Sheny will have to battle the Red-haired Man. As long as she doesn’t have the [Survival Knife], she will die as a result of this battle.
So when you control Ains, you will have the [Calamity Bead] in your inventory. This [Calamity Bead] will guarantee you on the path to the BAD END. Now beat the game for the bad ending.

NORMAL END
In order to receive the NORMAL END, you must do the following:
Pick up the [Survival Knife].
Have less than 10 [Fortune Bead]s in your inventory.
Here is how you can ensure the following objectives above:

Go back to the corpse and examine his body. You will pick up the [Survival Knife] and the [Fortune Bead] to the north won’t appear. (If Eins had examined this corpse beforehand, just ignore the shiny object to the north.)
This method will guarantee that you won’t get all 10 [Fortune Bead]s.
However, our personal recommendation is that you obtain all of the [Fortune Bead]s as though you are going for the good ending. (Please refer to the Rope guide and Fortune Bead guides.)
So at this point, you want to evade all of the 12 hatchlings as Eins (using the easy way as described in our Fortune Bead guide) and obtain the [Survival Knife] from the corpse and [Fortune Bead] above with Sheny.
Then when you control Ains and if you have followed the Rope guide and Fortune Bead guides exactly, you should have 9 [Fortune Bead]s in your inventory.
Go to the Deserted Island {Back} and kill the Uroto here for 100 Arien for the upcoming battle. Now make a save of the game at this point. You can use this save as a way to access both the normal ending and good ending.
Since we are going for the normal ending, do not go to the room in the back here for the [Fortune Bead]!
So as long as you don’t have 10 [Fortune Bead]s, go ahead and beat the game for the normal ending.

In order to receive the GOOD END, you must do the following:
Pick up the [Survival Knife].
Have 10 [Fortune Bead]s in your inventory.

SURVIVAL KNIFE
When playing as Eins after obtaining the [LED Magic Light], you can talk to the woman here named Dakt Sheny. Keep talking to her until she gives you multiple points to ask about, select “Is there anything I can do to help?” This will eventually allow Eins to go west further down the path much to Sheny’s chagrin.
At this large area, make sure to avoid this dark patch of grass here or else you the demon beast egg above will hatch.
To the southwest is a place with the 12 demon beast eggs. Examine the corpse and she will notice there’s something in his hand, but before she can grab it, the eggs will start hatching. Do note that if Eins does not examine the corpse before Sheny joins, you will be unable to obtain this [Fortune Bead] with Sheny.
There are two ways to go about this: The hard way or the easy way.
If you want to go about this the hard way, Eins needs to maneuver the hatchlings around so she can gain access to the corpse without any trouble.
One thing to note is that 11 of the hatchlings have the same speed and movement route. However, only 1 hatchling, the one shown above in the southeast corner near the pink flower, will also pause before moving again.
There are various methods to maneuver the hatchlings by utilizing the terrain, trees, and paths to your advantage. Here, we will show one method that works for us, but it may take quite some time and patience to achieve.
You can also watch an alternative strategy by FlareBlitzed which we highly recommend to watch!
First run south and east, then push the barrel 3 tiles to the right. You should have at least 3 or 4 hatchlings following you immediately.
Now since Three Forbidden Books - EINS - is programmed with WOLF RPG Editor, you can walk 0.5 step of 1 full tile in which these are called half steps. So use these half steps to your advantage and if you’re lucky enough, you can get all 4 hatchlings into this small area surrounded by water. Then step on the red rose to jump over the gap thus trapping the hatchlings into this small plot of land.
With the 4 hatchlings trapped, hug around the water and go back to the area where the rest of the 8 hatchlings are at.
Now go up and down at the position where Eins is at in the screenshot, and hopefully you might get 1 to 3 more hatchlings following her.
Quickly run back around to the end of the path by the water as shown here. If you done this successfully, the hatchling should be by the barrel.
Now run up and down this path as marked by the red arrows.
Eventually this will lead the other hatchlings into this small plot of land, thus trapping them.
Just continue this method and hopefully all 12 hatchlings will be trapped in this small plot of land, thus allowing you easier access to the corpse.
However, most of the time you might get unlucky and only get 3 hatchlings into the small plot of land and 1 hatchling will be outside of it.
Then you will have to use the trees to hopefully navigate the hatchlings around them and hopefully they’ll get stuck or halted by the environments. Be sure to not get too close to hatchlings, even if they are blocked by a tree because they can still kill you.
Do note for every time you go north, more hatchlings from the area with the corpse will approach closer.
Continue to use the environments to your advantage. Don’t forget to also count the hatchlings that are trapped in the small plot of land plus the ones that manage to get outside of it. So you know how many are left that you need to evade.
And please make sure not to get yourself surrounded by the hatchlings, especially around places where you can circle around them. Hopefully you’ll be able to safely access the corpse and good luck!
Examine the corpse and you will pick up the [Survival Knife]. Now you are on the way to receive the good ending of this game.
Remember if Eins didn’t examine the corpse before Sheny joins, you will be unable to obtain the [Fortune Bead] that appears from the corpse afterward with Sheny.
Now if you want to go about this the easy way, basically Eins needs to escape to the northwest to avoid the hatchlings altogether.
Then at the western area, go through all of the scenes with the Self-proclaimed here to have Sheny join. Then come back to the corpse and examine his body to pick up the [Survival Knife]. Then the [Fortune Bead] will appear to the north.
Do note that if Eins did not examine his body beforehand, you will be unable to obtain this [Fortune Bead] with Sheny.
Alternatively, you can ignore the 12 demon beast eggs completely so that they won’t hatch. Then go to the east. There, talk to the Self-proclaimed Hero multiple times and after all of the scenes with him, Sheny will join Eins. Return back to this large open area and the demon beast eggs will disappear, thus allowing Sheny and Eins easy access to the [Survival Knife] on the corpse.
However, do note that because Eins didn’t examine the corpse beforehand, the [Fortune Bead] that appears to the north will not appear here. Therefore, this method will put you on the normal ending route.

This guide will help in giving you tips or solutions to win these battles, and it will contain major spoilers for the game. This guide is mostly arranged by the order in which these battles are fought.

BATTLE #1: BLACK DEMON-GOD
In the prologue of this game, Ains must battle the Black-Demon God. The following information is excerpted from the “Characters etc..txt” document contained within the game’s main folder:
Hints to Achieve 11000 Arien:
Attack the Black Demon-God all you can.
Avoid hitting "Dark Figures" as much as possible until "Arien" exceeds 8,000.
When the speed of the Black Demon-God slows down after 8,000, simply defeat the "Dark Figures" to earn "Arien".
When the number of "Dark Figures" diminishes, attack the Black Demon-God once and defeat the "Dark Figures" to earn money.
* Don't be misled by the appearance of the Darkness {Big}, as it hits from the center to the bottom of it.

1. First Hit

- Ains' HP {-2355} (Fixed)
- The "dark figures", who were defeated, respawn.

As Sheny, you have to battle the Red-haired Man. You will then be given a couple of options to choose from in the midst of the battle. Depending on the choice, you will either advance the battle or get a nasty Game Over.

- Guard: Proceed to Option #2.

- Go for the legs: Proceed to Option #3.

- Go for the right leg!: Game Over.

BATTLE #3: EINS’ MOTHER
Later in the game, Ains will eventually have to battle Eins' Mother.
However, Ains will start off with 0 Arien and she will need 400 Arien to defeat Eins’ Mother. Now for every time that Ains attacks Eins' Mother, she will get 20 Arien. And when the fifth blow is made, the game will check if Ains have 400 Arien or not. If Ains does not have 400 Arien, the battle will loop until she does.
There is a way to raise Ains' Arien before battling Eins' Mother by killing 18 creatures found in the Deserted Island {Back} and Forest Engulfed in Darkness:
First, go to the Deserted Island {Back} and kill the Uroto for 100 Arien (Total: 100 Arien).
Then go to the Forest Engulfed in Darkness. Go into the dark cave and kill the Dark Spider here for 25 Arien (Total: 125 Arien).
Inside the depths of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, go to the northwestern passage. There are 5 Dark Spiders here, kill them for 25 Arien each (Total: 250 Arien).
Near the northwest exit of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, kill the hatchling here for 5 Arien (Total: 255 Arien).
Inside the depths of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, go to the northeastern passage and go to the large open area. In this alcove are a Dark Spider (worth 25 Arien) and 4 hatchlings (worth 5 Arien each), kill them for 45 Arien altogether (Total: 300 Arien).
At the large open area of the northeastern side of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, kill the Dark Spider to the southwest for 25 Arien (Total: 325 Arien).
At the large open area of the northeastern side of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, kill the Dark Spider at the center for 25 Arien (Total: 350 Arien).
At the large open area of the northeastern side of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, kill the Dark Spider to the northeast for 25 Arien (Total: 375 Arien).
Now go back to the dark cave and go to the southern passage of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness. Navigate your way through the forest to the western side and kill the Dark Spider here for 25 Arien (Total: 400 Arien).
Near the southwest exit of the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, kill the Dark Spider here for 25 Arien (Total: 425 Arien).
Now if you have killed all of the creatures above, Ains will have 425 Arien before facing Eins' Mother. Then all you have to do is attack Eins' Mother a total of 5 times to win the battle.
Without doing this, Ains will have to attack Eins' Mother a total of 20 times to win the battle!

Fortune Bead Guide, Part 5: Uldra Continent, Part B
THIS GUIDE WILL CONTAIN MAJOR SPOILERS!
In order to receive the best ending in Three Forbidden Books - EINS -, one of the two requirements is to have 10 Fortune Beads in your inventory.
This guide will help you in how to obtain the Fortune Beads and it will contain major spoilers for the game. This guide is mostly arranged by the order in which these beads can be obtained.
We will be covering how to obtain Fortune Bead #8 {12 Hatchlings} and Fortune Bead #9 {Detour from the Back}. (Fortune Bead #10 can be found covered in Part 4.) These beads can both be found in the Uldra Continent, specifically the Forest Engulfed in Darkness.

FORTUNE BEAD #8
HINT: {12 Hatchlings}
When playing as Eins after obtaining the [LED Magic Light], you can talk to the woman here named Dakt Sheny. Keep talking to her until she gives you multiple points to ask about, select “Is there anything I can do to help?” This will eventually allow Eins to go west further down the path much to Sheny’s chagrin.
At this large area, make sure to avoid this dark patch of grass here or else you the demon beast egg above will hatch.
To the southwest is a place with the 12 demon beast eggs. Examine the corpse and she will notice there’s something in his hand, but before she can grab it, the eggs will start hatching. Do note that if Eins does not examine the corpse before Sheny joins, you will be unable to obtain this [Fortune Bead] with Sheny.
There are two ways to go about this: The hard way or the easy way.
If you want to go about this the hard way, Eins needs to maneuver the hatchlings around so she can gain access to the corpse without any trouble.
One thing to note is that 11 of the hatchlings have the same speed and movement route. However, only 1 hatchling, the one shown above in the southeast corner near the pink flower, will also pause before moving again.
There are various methods to maneuver the hatchlings by utilizing the terrain, trees, and paths to your advantage. Here, we will show one method that works for us, but it may take quite some time and patience to achieve.
You can also watch an alternative strategy by FlareBlitzed which we highly recommend to watch!
First run south and east, then push the barrel 3 tiles to the right. You should have at least 3 or 4 hatchlings following you immediately.
Now since Three Forbidden Books - EINS - is programmed with WOLF RPG Editor, you can walk 0.5 step of 1 full tile in which these are called half steps. So use these half steps to your advantage and if you’re lucky enough, you can get all 4 hatchlings into this small area surrounded by water. Then step on the red rose to jump over the gap thus trapping the hatchlings into this small plot of land.
With the 4 hatchlings trapped, hug around the water and go back to the area where the rest of the 8 hatchlings are at.
Now go up and down at the position where Eins is at in the screenshot, and hopefully you might get 1 to 3 more hatchlings following her.
Quickly run back around to the end of the path by the water as shown here. If you done this successfully, the hatchling should be by the barrel.
Now run up and down this path as marked by the red arrows.
Eventually this will lead the other hatchlings into this small plot of land, thus trapping them.
Just continue this method and hopefully all 12 hatchlings will be trapped in this small plot of land, thus allowing you easier access to the corpse.
Examine the corpse and you will pick up the [Survival Knife]. Then an object will shine to the north.
Go north and pick up the hard-earned [Fortune Bead] from the ground.
However, most of the time you might get unlucky and only get 3 hatchlings into the small plot of land and 1 hatchling will be outside of it.
Then you will have to use the trees to hopefully navigate the hatchlings around them and hopefully they’ll get stuck or halted by the environments. Be sure to not get too close to hatchlings, even if they are blocked by a tree because they can still kill you.
Do note for every time you go north, more hatchlings from the area with the corpse will approach closer.
Continue to use the environments to your advantage. Don’t forget to also count the hatchlings that are trapped in the small plot of land plus the ones that manage to get outside of it. So you know how many are left that you need to evade.
And please make sure not to get yourself surrounded by the hatchlings, especially around places where you can circle around them. Hopefully you’ll be able to safely access the corpse and good luck!
Now if you want to go about this the easy way, basically Eins needs to escape to the northwest to avoid the hatchlings altogether.
Then at the western area, go through all of the scenes with the Self-proclaimed here to have Sheny join. Then come back to the corpse and examine his body to pick up the [Survival Knife]. Then an object will shine to the north.
Go north and pick up the [Fortune Bead] from the ground.
Do note that if Eins did not examine his body beforehand, you will be unable to obtain this [Fortune Bead] with Sheny.

FORTUNE BEAD #9
HINT: {Detour from the back}
When playing as Sheny and Eins in the Forest Engulfed in Darkness, there is a Dark Spider to the southwest of the large open area that is blocking your path.
Now go north and approach this Dark Spider positioned in the center of the map.
The Dark Spider will charge forward, now go back to the southwest Dark Spider.
The southwest Dark Spider will now move away allowing you passage. Keep following the southwestern passage. Move past the seven demon beast eggs (they’re harmless) and you’ll be at a dead end.
Open the treasure chest here for a [Fortune Bead].
Just to note, while Ains could have killed that Dark Spider to the southwest, she will refuse to go further down that path. So you can only do this as Sheny and Eins. Do note that you will also permanently miss out on this chest if Sheny fights the Red-haired Man.
And that’s it! Refer to Part 4 on how to obtain Fortune Bead #10 and you’re now set! So if you have followed these guides correctly, you should have all 10 [Fortune Bead]s in your inventory!

FORTUNE BEAD #7
HINT: {Down}
Make sure that you are able to reach the Deserted Island {Back} first. So when you are playing as Eins, make sure you have 10 [Apples] on you and enter the Facility in the Deserted Island. When you are at the area, go east down the path to find a creature here. Speak to it and select “Give 10 apples”. The gate to the right will be removed.
Now you will be able to get further inside Deserted Island {Back}.
Enter the mansion and go down the stairs.
Go down one more flight of stairs to the left of the skull on the wall.
You’ll approach an area where you can use three [Rope]s to climb down.
And at the bottom, pick up the [Fortune Bead] on the floor.
However if Eins does not have 3 pieces of [Rope] on her, don’t worry. Later in the game when you start playing as Ains, she can simply jump down the ledge with no issues.
And be able to pick up the [Fortune Bead] on the floor without [Rope]. Also she can climb back up by examining the wall.

HINT: {Behind the Uroto}
Make sure that you have the [Skull Key] first. So when you are playing as Eins and at the Secret Land, go south and you’ll approach an area where you can use 1 of your [Rope]s.
Approach the tombstone here and select “Borrow it” to have the [Skull Key] in your inventory. Make sure to do this before Dakt Sheny joins Eins or you won’t be able to access the Secret Land again.
Now proceed with the game as normal until you are in control of Ains. Then go into the Deserted Island {Back}, enter the mansion, and go down the stairs.
To the south is a locked gate, unlock it with the [Skull Key].
You’ll now encounter the Uroto down this passage. However, it is no match for Ains and her scythe, so she will kill it in one fell swoop.
Behind the Uroto is a small room with a [Fortune Bead] on the floor.

FORTUNE BEAD #10 PREPARATION, PART A
HINT: {Don’t forget to bring apples to the right!}
When playing as Eins, make sure you have 10 Apples on you.
You can find these 10 apples in the forest after Eins get caught by the Tenebris at Eins’ Grandma’s House (after you have made [My Food]). You can get these at any time as Eins by going back into the forest. Please refer to the map above to obtain all of the apples that are marked with a red circle.
When you enter the Facility in the Deserted Island, go east and go through this path shown above.
There is a creature here, speak to it and then select “Give 10 apples”. (If you have less than 10 apples, you will get a Game Over.)
If you have done this correctly, the gate to the right will be removed which will fulfill one of the two requirements allowing you to obtain Fortune Bead #10 later on. Make sure to do this before leaving the Facility in the Deserted Island when you have the [Experiment Data] or you will be unable to access Deserted Island {Back}.

FORTUNE BEAD #5
HINT: {Room that has the Experiment Data}
When playing as Eins, go into the Facility in the Deserted Island and go north. Enter the mansion and go through the game as normally with obtaining the keys to the rooms and evading the Humanoid Evil-Spirits until you obtain [1F T-Room Key].
Unlock the right-most door on the first floor with the [1F T-Room Key] and go down two flights of stairs there. Then approach the computer at the end of the corridor.
Use the computer and input the password "ewqdsacxz987321poi". (You can find this password on the memo on top of the table in the Dining Hall.)
Inside the room to the west that you just unlocked, open the treasure chest here for a [Fortune Bead]. Make sure to get this Fortune Bead before warping out of the Deserted Facility with the [Experiment Data] or you’ll miss this permanently.

In order to enter the Secret Land, you must have more than 5 Fortune Beads and be playing as Eins. Make sure to do this before Sheny joins Eins or you won’t be able to access the Secret Land again.
If you have followed this guide up until this point, you should have exactly 5 Fortune Beads on you. Use the transportation magic circle here to enter the Secret Land.
Then go north and you’ll be at place with a nice view. Pick up the [Fortune Bead] on the ground.
