autumn nighttime routine for October 🍂

my favorite month. trying to hang onto routines as the light fades from the day, and making sure to prioritize self care + self love in my witchcraft practices. prep work for tomorrow’s New Moon and honoring An Mórrigan on her day 🐦‍⬛

today’s color according to my witch calendar is lavender, and I am excited to wear my favorite pjs tonight.

btw I’m about halfway through “The Spellshop” and it’s amazing so far, exactly the type of cozy fantasy I want this autumn day.

the love of my life turned 26 today! so to celebrate I made him a cake (yellow + cherry pie filling, buttercream frosting) and decorated the apartment. I don’t have any cake decorating tools so I used a ziplock bag to make all the lily pads and melty frogs. I looooove getting to bake (not bad for my first cake!) and I’m grateful my partner loves it as well. :)
