I wish I could "turn off notifications" inside my mind
All emails should start this way.
Don't you hate it when you have a profound thought in the shower and by the time you get out and get dressed you've completely forgotten it.

I just read the Department of Speculation. It was awesome. Somewhere between poetry and narrative Jenny Offill captures the inexplainable feeling of marriage, kids and life. Funny and bittersweet. Like a Japanese soup - delicious, nourishing yet fleeting.

Ten years of fine art/visual design higher education and this guy is blowing my mind! Nick is an awesome teacher, so clear and concise. His system, which he developed through reflective practice, has completely taken my understanding to the next level.
I am seeing my work, and everything else through new eyes.
This shit feels like the end of The Sixth Sense! Amaze Balls!
Xin Song’s “Tree of Life” (2012) at Bay Parkway (D train) was inspired by the importance of connections and community. Xin Song took photographs of the vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhood in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn and used them to bridge contemporary photo collage with traditional Chinese paper cutting. “As new people move in, the neighborhood grows, blossoms, and intertwines like the leaves, flowers, and branches of a powerful tree.” #ChineseNewYear
Loving this paper cutting! Happy Chinese New Year! ❤️🐔
