My name is Toya Pope and this is my Thrive Experience. I am a mother of three and a wife. I have a very busy schedule. I began to Thrive in April of 2017. Before I started my Thrive Experience, I was always tired, moody, not remembering to do things, and just didn’t want to wake up in the morning. Thrive Experience Day 1: I didn’t feel a single change in my body, or so I thought. But little did I know my body was going through some changes. Day Three: I began to see that I was more alert and didn’t feel as tired. My nutritional gaps were being filled. By Day 10: I was at my WOW factor because my energy levels were up. My mood was balanced. The general aches I was feeling in my body were calmed. My sleep pattern was more restful and I was starting to remember things that had to be done. I knew from that moment on I couldn’t stop Thriving. Thrive has changed my life for the better and I want everyone that I know and those I don’t know to experience it. I made a decision to take my life back and make necessary lifestyle changes to be a better person to my family, my friends, everyone that I encounter on a daily basis, and me.
