A question that, in return, makes Will often question himself and itches all the more vehemently after a dive into the ocean, only to emerge confused and a man on the run. Even now, he regrets inquiring due to the way this topic so easily makes him feel dissected and vulnerable—- a flicker of soured emotion, before the poker-face falls carefully back into place and Will changes the subject as to save himself the raw ache that twists in his chest, busying himself with cleaning the table.
