Indeed, people know that they are in a relationship when they become a problem to each other (or, to put it slightly differently, if you want to have a relationship with someone you have to become a problem for them).

This is one of the really interesting methods used by scientists to discover the information shared in Skunk Bear’s new video:
The level of carbon-14 in the atmosphere will soon be indistinguishable from pre-1940s levels, so this method won’t work for much longer.
It is strange to see how the populace, which nourishes its imagination with tales of witches or saints, mysterious events and extraordinary occurrences, disdains the world around it as commonplace, monotonous and prosaic, without suspecting that at bottom it is all secret, mystery, and marvel.

(Mini playground in our village) Privilege under scrutiny episode 01 I just got home from my 8 hour excursion to Manila. Today is the first time I commuted to and from Manila alone and it is definitely an experience. I know I live a soft, unencumbered life and just how much this excursion affected me is evidence of that. I just have to marvel at Filipino patience in the face of logistical shortcomings (to put it mildly) and lines that stretch on for miles. I am also amazed at how students and nuns and the everyday citizen can walk by shady streets in the light of day, knowing pick pockets are walking among them, and having to face the smog, the noise, the threatening danger, and the colorful chaos of manila day after day after day. I am reminded of Sisyphus, his rock, and his mountain. The moment I stepped through the gates of my village, the relief at being home-safe, and finally able to let my guard down struck me and affected me deeply. I am so lucky to have this to get home to everyday. Commuting always manages to ground me, humble me, and encourage me to appreciate the quiet, the safety, the green in my home-the amount of luck I have received in being born in the family I was born in through fate or chance. It is so easy forget what we already have in the obssession to get those things we do not. #windingdownthoughts #reflectionpaper #manila #prc #boardexam #gratitude

Music, once admitted to the soul, becomes a sort of spirit, and never dies.

BCHZ n BALI These two bring so much light and joy and pure unbridled fun and craziness in my life. Plus the comfort of home. The art was epic, but nothing can beat good company. 🍦🍻🍴😘🎶🈶🈶🈶💞👌
I know someone who kisses the way a flower opens, but more rapidly. Flowers are sweet. They have short, beatific lives. They offer much pleasure. There is nothing in the world that can be said against them. Sad, isn’t it, that all they can kiss is the air. Yes, yes! We are the lucky ones.
