I miss Finchel. I wish they’d recasted Finn so the storyline could keep going.

I don’t get why everyone was so against it…. some Broadway shows run for 10+ years. I doubt they have the same people playing the lead role for that whole time period. Harry Potter also recasted after an actor died. And it’s not Cory playing Finn in school and community productions of Glee, so other people have done it.

I'm sorry. But no way in hell would I have supported this. Any "school and community" productions of glee aren't real, they're adaptations. Obviously other actors would play the character in adaptations. No on could have been the same Finn that Cory was. It wouldn't have been the same at all, it would've felt fake. The actor wouldn't have had the same finchel chemistry that lea and cory had. It would have been a huge mistake and I think the decision would have faced major backlash. I would have stopped watching sooner than I did.

You can’t “just stop saying sorry”. You do something, something so little, like accidentally bump into someone. You feel horrible about it. Your brain starts panicking and you have trouble trying to breathe. You stutter an apology. They say it’s okay, but you accidentally do it again, and you apologize again. They just say “Aha, you can stop saying sorry.” And you feel horrible that you’ve probably made them angry or upset, so you mutter out an apology for the third stupid time, and they just say to stop saying sorry. Stop saying sorry. 

You can’t just tell someone to stop saying you’re sorry.

okay, agreed wholeheartedly but the crazy person in me needs to point out that THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT IMAGE FOR THAT LINE IN THE MOVIE. i've seen it three times, it's not right and it bothered me.

Every semester surveys get sent out to all the residents where they answer questions regarding their RA's performance. 12 of my 20 residents filled them out and 11 of them were overwhelmingly positive and I'm beaming as my boss is reading all the comments to me, UNTIL, she gets to one residents who described me as invisible and unapproachable and complained that I play my music too loud and I fail to shut the other girls up when she's trying to study. First off, I told all of the girls that if my music bothered them, they could tell me and I'd turn it down (which I have) and I NEVER play music after quiet hours, most of my residents actually ASK me to play music because they like the environment it sets for the floor. I do programs at least every other week, I make them door decs every month, I stop and talk to them on my rounds and I defend them 24/7. If this resident is the girl I think she is, she goes to bed an hour and a half before quiet hours and expects all the girls to be quiet FOR HER. This is COLLEGE, people are LOUD. This is my first year as an RA and I was so excited to get good feedback and then she ruined it. I do my best :(
