Attention TAG Team!!!!!!
Yesterday on ITV there was a trailer for CITV’s Autumn line up.
There was a breif clip from TAG in there (although it was nothing new, the clip was from legacy) and at the end of the trailer it said: “coming soon September 2016”
So perhaps series 2 is going to be here very soon :D

Colonel Casey’s Diary
I believe that all of the Tracy boys have actually been at home at the same time at one point or other last week. This has made young Alan extremely happy - if the grin on his face is anything to go by. I suspect his only problem may be on who he will hug next!
Jeff’s also been adopting more kids at a rather amazing rate, and all I get is a photo with the caption “another godchild for you” and a dossier on them. Thank heavens for the dossier - at least I know their names! Otherwise I’d be forced to wander round with photos and the words “and you are….” forever coming out of me.
Still - they’re all good kids and are all very keen to add to the Tracy legacy.
God help us all.
No sign of The Hood recently - I’m not sure if this is good or bad. However, I am rather suspicious of a “business deal” Mr Fischler has going on regarding leasing of space in one of his warehouses. I think I’ll get one of my people to just keep an eye on that - discretely of course.
Even more surprisingly, all has been quiet on the GDF bases. Again - I can’t be sure if this is good or bad.
Though I am sure in both scenarios we will find out sooner rather than later!
I thought you liked having godchildren?! You were always going on about how nice it would be if I had girls instead of boys, so why not both?! But if this is the case, that's the last time I adopt anyone then.
And there aren't that many of them, just the odd one or two.
"Son? I need your help. Can you come to my office please?" Jeff had hailed Scott over his wrist comm, hoping that he wasn't too busy to come and assist his father. After finishing the call Jeff let out a grunt of pain, his back had been giving him trouble and he could hardly walk. He just needed to get to the island infirmary. -thunderbirdjeff (aka papa Tracy)
Scott’s down in the refuelling bay when the call comes through. Something about it seemed off. Dad’s face had been set in a permanent frown since he lost their mother but there was something behind that one that Scott didn’’t like.
“FAB, dad.” he set down tools and headed up to the villa to see what his father needed him for.
Jeff was leaning heavily against his desk when Scott came into the room. Just in time too, he really needed to get to the infirmary to take some Vicodin for the pain in his back. Jeff absolutely hated taking medicine, and put it off as long as possible, but this time he had taken too long. The pain in his back - caused from long hours as a farmer in his youth, and the arduous training as an astronaut he went through - was getting unbearable.
“Scott!” Jeff beckoned his son him with a frantic wave of his hand, “Help your old man ‘ey? I just need to get to the infirmary. My darn back is playing up.” He grumbled out, and waited for Scott to get to him and help him up. “Just need to get to the Vicodin.”
“I wish you wouldn’t push yourself so hard.” Scott chides even as he slides an arm under his father’s shoulders. “That’s what you’ve got five sons for, remember? Up we go. Careful!” he fusses all the way to the infirmary. Jeff’s not getting any younger. As Scott has watched Alan grow taller, Virgil grow broader and John grow…spacier, he’s also watched their father go grey and begin to suffer from aches that wouldn’t trouble a younger man. It terrifies him.
“I gotcha, dad.” he means it in more ways than one as he leaves Jeff perched against a bed in the infirmary. The painkillers are kept under lock and key due to their potency and he needs both hands to unlock the cabinet, never mind open the bottle of Vicodin. He’s sure these things used to be easier to open when he was Alan’s age.
Jeff watched as Scott struggled with the child proof lock on the medicine bottle, it was quite amusing seeing Scott, lips pursed and forehead creased, concentrating to open the bottle - amusing and adorable. Scott may be a grown man, but in Jeff's eyes he was still just the young boy going to school for the first time, the one who was always looking out for his brothers at every waking moment.
"Easy Scooter, don't think too hard there, might damage a few brain cells." Jeff laughed a bit too hard at his own joke and pulled his back. Grunting in pain he called out to an obviously worried Scott, "I'm okay! I'm okay! Or I will be in a bit."
As Scott passed Jeff the bottle of pills he required and a small glass of water. Shaking a little Jeff unknowingly took out more than he needed, but in a haste he downed the meds as fast as possible to relieve the pain from his back.
Sitting back against the headboard of the infirmary cot Jeff didn't have to wait long for the meds to kick in. Luckily Scott had stayed with his father, as Jeff began to feel slightly light headed and drowsy yet not entirely lethargic.
Sick Day - closed RP
Jeff was far more concerned about John than any potential rescue that could happen - thankfully there wasn’t one at this particular moment - for the only thing He could think about in this exact moment was helping John - Johnny - in anyway he could. Within three strides Jeff was at John’s side, arms ready to catch his eldest blonde before he fell out of his bed. “Hey Johnny…” Jeff murmured affectionately whilst reaching out to feel John’s temperature. Applying an age worn hand to John’s forehead he almost removed it immediately, his sons’ skin was almost most literally burning. “Oh sweetheart… My poor boy…” He started to stroke John hair away from his sweat drenched forehead. John seemed to snuggle his face into Jeff’s hand, to which Jeff responded by cupping John’s cheek. “Johnny are you with me?” His eyes appeared to be glazed over “It’s okay, there’s no rescue, relax.” As John’s body sagged back into his bed Jeff heavily contemplated calling Virgil. “Tell me exactly how you’re feeling Johnny. And don’t sugar coat it, I know you do that.”
“M’ fine.” John breathes, bleary and mumbled hot into the side of his Father’s throat. He’d toppled straight into his father’s arms, his head tucked down onto Jeff’s shoulder and his fingers grasping weakly, curling into the soft fabric of his tshirt. “Just… feel bit sick. S’ry, I… My head hurts, been coughing I…” A hand comes up to rub absently at his tired, dark-rimmed eyes. His breath is wheezy and tight in his chest; each gasp tight and shaky. “Cold.” John pulls his duvet tighter around him, still shivering despite the obvious heat radiating from his skin. “Must’a come down with something Dad.”
Jeff pulled John as close to him as possible, tucking John's head under his chin and and cradling the back of his head with one hand, and hugging his duvet covered body with the other. "It's okay son, rest. I was just coming to check in on you." Jeff's hand in John's hair that was absentmindedly stroking small circles moved back around to cup John's alarmingly warm cheek.
Jeff pressed a small kiss to his son's forehead, trying to mask his worry. He should probably get Virgil, or at least take John's temperature. "Johnny? I'm just going to have to step into the bathroom okay? I'll be right back. I just want to grab a thermometer and a cold flannel for your head okay?"
Giving John one last small hug Jeff picked him up slightly to place him back comfortably on the bed. Getting up and heading to Johns en-suite as quickly as possible, Jeff couldn't help but glance backwards at his son looking too small for his age wrapped in the duvet in a ball on his bed.

Jeff had been walking around the villa aimlessly for the past half hour trying to avoid the mountain of paperwork that sat at his desk. He was currently out on the deck staring blankly at the mess of deck chairs that hadn’t been put right since the last mission. - wait! Messy deck chairs? Surely that’s not right? Doesn’t Saia replace them? - Jeff thought to himself.
Come to think of it, Jeff had noticed a few things out of place in his wonderings, things that he pays his house keeper Saia to do. He hoped she was alright, and nothing had happened to her. Looking down at the communication unit on his wrist he thought about hailing her via that.
Pulling a deck chair back into its rightful position Jeff sat down and type in the code to call Saia on his comm device.
“Calling Saia Leucothea, this is Jeff Tracy. Come in Saia.”
“Hi Jeff! You might need to speak loudly. The music is kind of loud here!” Saia shouts down the communicator with loud music at a nightclub playing in the background. “How’s things going back home? I hope everything is going okay. I kinda left for a vacation, things well, kind of happened and I needed time away for a while. I’m okay now though thunderbirdscolonelcasey’s been checking up on me.”
"I'm sorry! Where are you?" Jeff's voice raised slightly so that Saia could hear him over the noise. What was that music in the background? Thai? Korean?Japanese?
"You took holiday? I really need to check my paperwork folder." It didn't bother Jeff that Saia had taken time off, it bothered him that the paperwork just kept piling up.
Jeff was glad Val had been checking up on Saia, he really needed to get his act together though and keep track of everyone on the island.
