Very disappointed by this service Purchased the service on stacksocial at a good price and at the beginning, I was quite happy. But after a while the files uploaded were not shown I have already sent 3 emails to the support and I haven’t received any answer from them. I see here they are mentioning chat support... I have been using the service for hours and hours trying to upload files that were never appearing on the folder after the upload was completed and I have never seen any popup or link or anything where I could chat with their support, and I have been looking for it several times! So this is simply not true, there is no chat support. I really regret they I have spent this money on this horrible service because I am sure I will not receive any refund via stocksocial.

Impossible to use I purchased the 2TB subscription a few months ago through Mashable. At the beginning it was usable, even with the limitations the other reviewers already pointed out. I reported two pretty basic bugs (limit of uploading 100 element max in a sub-folder, and the ‘sort by’ bug) and nothing has been fixed to date. I did not receive any reply of my bug reports. The promised apps have not been shipped to date. The worse though is the slowness I am now experiencing. Every time I log in, the first screen spins for minutes before I am able to access my files. This is not due to my internet connection as my average speed is 16-17Mbps at all times. I reported this to support, including screenshots and video evidence, but they are not replying to my emails or chat requests. There basically is no support whatsoever. I would get a refund if I could, even a partial one. I really regret my subscription.

Horrible! -Low upload speed. -If you upload multiple video files after taking a day to upload 3 files it will not show them in the drive! -currently, I want to log in but it’s not working! What’s the point of having 2 TB of storage when you cannot use it. DO NOT USE THIS.

Terrible customer service, no app, 5GB file size limit... What’s to like? Nothing, this “service” is a giant waste of money. EDIT: Thunderdrive lied and reported my review as fake. I have provided proof to Trustpilot that my review is, in fact, real. I bought a lifetime subscription to this terrible service”, was jerked around by ‘Ashley and “Amanda”, and still don’t have anywhere near the speeds they promise. Let’s not forget, they marked my review as fake, but I stated only facts... No app, check. 5GB file size limit, check. Terrible customer service, check the other reviews and sites reviewing this “service, it’s also a fact. Plain and simple, Thunderdrive are flat out liars about their product and the reviews coming out stating what their product is and who they are. These people are scammers, through and through. I’ve reported them to the US Attorney General and BBB for their blatant lies and shady business practices.

Won’t upload files, poor support After using Thunderdrive for three months I am frustrated. I’m using the drive as an archive for home movies. Everything was fine for the first two months, then suddenly it stopped uploading my home movie files. The que show the files are uploading and at the end of the process says the files have been upload, but they are not uploaded. The only files that upload now are small bitmap files or document files. I sent in a request for support on this item over three times in the past 30 days and have not had a reply. Incredibly poor support.

The company exists since 2019, and he claims he has been a customer for five years? Also, what servers? This is clearly a fake review not talking about this service at all.

out of business? bankrupt? I bought the 2TB Lifetime Subscription. At first all went well, signing up etc. After a few days, when trying to log-in, my credentials are unknown. I did not change anything. I have tried to get a reset of my password by using the “forgot Password” button but the promised sent mail is never arriving. Also the emails written to their support remaining unanswered. Are they still in business? Or are they bankrupt? I do not know but it seems I have waisted money - THUNDERDRIVE is completely useless. Their so-called support/service does not exist. Very lousy.

Not even worth it for Free Update: Based on the reply I wish I could lower my rating to under I star. I complain about the whole service and the reply is the apps are days away? No point if the service doesnt work. Bought the lifetime membership and I cant upload a single file over a few KB. There is no android or lOS app, No file uploading app for the computer and every time I try to upload large files..lt says an hour, then it starts increasing till it gets stuck and fails. I cant even find contact details to ask support for help.

This is a SCAM. Don’t fall for the many goo FAKE reviews they’ve placed here, better go for the REAL ones, which are al bad. That is exactly what represents the company. Bad Service (unusable in fact), horrible support (if they answer, be sure it will be a copy/paste reply, denying everything you’re upset of) and forget about your money, you’ll never see it again. STAY AWAY FROM THESE OFFERS! It’s a total SCAM!

Awful Awful Awful! Do not purchase. I got ripped off by buying through Mashable. Cannot move files, duplications, constantly hangs forever, and they will not answer emails. Their service does not connect with anything, no syncing. Stay away.

Useless scam. Promises one time payment for storage for lifetime and doesn’t work at all. Totally waste of money stay away. There’s a reason Google drive and Dropbox charges for their services. They just work. This doesn’t.

Is ThunderDrive.io a scam? According to us the users, yes.

But their Trustpilot webpage would suggest otherwise. Why? Because they remove all reviews that are negative, with the same fake reason every time.
