Hi! My name is Hayley. This blog is specifically for my art, although I have one for my fandoms. I’m not some amazing artist but I like to draw…feel free to stick around to see what I do or just to chat! :)

This is just a little about me post. Here are some fun facts to start off with:

I love to draw, but that one is kinda obvious since this is my art blog.

I write fanfic. (I have a different blog for those fandoms.)

⭐️ I don’t do commissions atm, but my inbox is open if you want to request something. If I feel like it I’ll give it a go with a quick sketch or however long I feel like working on it.

I am a traditional and digital artist. (Not the best, but trying to be better.) 🎨

Can’t draw a background to save my life but my goal for the upcoming new year is to practice like crazy. So expect some studies popping up here and there.

I figured since I made it (and totally didn’t cry while doing it…) I’d share one of my finals. The idea is supposed to be some form of map, which I turned into a timeline of sorts. I wanted to do Gravity Falls since I already had all the images for it. (I had to make a whole calendar for a midterm for a different class, and that is also Gravity Falls themed. I should also share that at some point.)

The whole thing was made in photoshop. My idea was trying to make it look like it’s a page from a journal/something you would see in a scrapbook. (Don’t know if it conveys that tho.) The timeline is also VERY brief, and I tried writing it in a way where people who haven’t seen the show could understand the big important moments…but I feel I didn’t cover enough, because there is just so much lore around this show.

Anyways, this literally killed me to do (and gave me a headache) so I hope someone else besides my professor can appreciate it. (And if you see a grammar mistake…no you didn’t. I already turned this in.) 🫠

I’m not strong at backgrounds, but the idea of bill sitting around in lockup after being played by the axolotl, doing arts and crafts, was too funny not to draw.

I used procreate for this on my iPad (6th gen.), but usually I use Clip Studio Paint on my XP-Pen Drawing Tablet. (15.6 Pro V2)
