Finishing up a paper about a book while reading another book.

GRRRR I’ve been staring at a screen for 56 minutes typing and deleting intros and conclusions for this paper and I got NOTHING. Wish me luck, I’ll be wrestling with ideas for the next two hours

happy april and happy friday!

today, i was quite productive: i worked out, wrote an essay of 1700 words, sent two emails which i’ve been procrastinating, and made a birthday card for my dad! i still want to finish an essay of 400 words before tonight. and that wraps up my to-do list for today!

sending positive thoughts, a warm mug of your favorite beverage (spring herbal tea for me), and your favorite snack bar (nakd blueberry muffin)! ☕️

I changed my journal set up. I don’t write my daily to do lists anymore but instead write quirky, life updates. (I have a separate notebook for all my to-do lists). I also decided to add small aesthetic lists whenever I find them around In Pinterest, books or tumblr. Lists like these calm me down and I find them so peaceful. list on the right by @flowerais

Today was spent tutoring for 4 hours and studying for ??? hours

My roommates and I ordered beef chow fun, roast duck, and spicy fish stew for dinner and so we could have leftovers to carry us through finals week and then we tried to name all the Chinese dynasties (which is…hard)

The weather was also obscenely hot today (81F!!!!) I’m so sorry for those of you in the Midwest experiencing weather I can’t even imagine having…I love living in Los Angeles:-)
