this russian attack on kyiv didn't utilise drones or slower missiles, only ballistics and hypersonic missiles i.e. the things that reach kyiv in a few minutes if not under a minute. everything to try and kill more. this isn't even terror anymore because terror has a goal. this is just genocidal frothing at the mouth at the sight of blood and death

Blame the government! Ordinary people are not at fault!

Ordinary people are working at factories and making bombs. Ordinary people are going to the occupied cities to settle there. Ordinary people taking the abducted children for "re-education". Ordinary people doing all the soft power work and whitewash state's crimes. Ordinary people launching missiles. Ordinary people go to newly occupied territories for vacations. Ordinary people do nothing and say nothing about state's crimes even when they have a chance. Ordinary people teach their kids to be the same.

And ordinary people loudly play victims while sending you death threats and calling you slurs. Ordinary people are telling the people their government bombing that they deserve to be bombed. Even if they were claiming they hate their government just a moment ago.

Army consists of ordinary people who decided to go to kill people in another country for some cash.

And some of them even think they should be praised and rewarded for leaving Omelas.

It's our second-to-last night in Croatia, and there was a thunderstorm, and of course when I was abruptly woken up with a loud rumbling, my traumatized ukrainian brain immediately went «oh my god is someone bombing Croatia?!?!»

Barely fell back asleep because although my mind knew it was just thunder, my whole body was too scared, and I found myself automatically counting seconds between the flashes of lightning and the thunder rumblings.

Woke up from explosions again

russians just attacked Kyiv with ballistics again

They know we don’t have Patriot missiles to shoot down ballistics, so these days they attack us with as much of that shit as they possibly can

The Patriot system is pretty much the only thing that can effectively destroy ballistics. When we don’t have enough Patriot missiles, russian ballistics can easily reach their targets: civilian houses, schools, hospitals etc.

By the way, ballistics are usually very, very fast and can reach their destination in a few minutes. Quite often, we literally don’t have the time to run to the bomb shelter.

And at this exact moment, we have no Patriot missiles left, so russians are happy to attack us with ballistics all the fucking time.

Do you know who has Patriots and missiles for them? USA. Some other NATO countries as well, but mostly USA, as they are the primary manufacturers of Patriot systems.

Ukrainian officials are constantly asking for more anti-ballistic missiles to protect our sky. They have also asked for licenses required to produce such anti-ballistic missiles in Ukraine.

Unfortunately, so far our foreign partners are “discussing” and “considering” the matter. Meanwhile, our people are dying.

Being a Ukrainian is waking up and reading about family of scientists showing their home that had been hit in recent attack, and the archive they collected up from XIXth century burned down completely.

It's eating breakfast and reading about a whole family that was killed by ruzzian drone in their own house. An engaged couple that was to be married next week, his parents and his sister. All dead.

It's taking a break, and seeing the news of a 10y.o. girl whose heart stopped. Her body sustained 70% of burns, and she fought hard, but ruzzia still killed her.

It's about a whole street in Sumy being in ruins after aerial bomb ruzzians send. It's seeing a mess of glass and debris left by a Shahed in the apartment of a young mom. It's constant torrential downpour of victims from Kherson, Nicopol, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk region. It's horror stories from occupation and captivity.

And then I hear "we are going to war! To get concert tickets". And I hear "ruzzian games are weird and fun!" And "oh, that new tv show/movie featuring ruzzians is so cool!", and another celebrity in some way shows a support for the fuckers that we see do monstrous things every day.

Ukrainians are not too radicalised. No. It's you who are not radicalised enough.
