I wanted to go back to the basics with all natural remedies. No chemicals, no additives, just straight from the herb garden goodness. I grow many herbs myself that I use in my products. I use simple ingredients in every thing I make. I am completely self taught and have spend many an hour pouring over books and scouring the internet for every ounce of knowledge I could get a hold of. I do not have an herbalist license nor do I claim that my remedies will cure any thing. They are meant to help in the most all natural way possible. I am wiccan and I do follow the wiccan traditions.

I make this pain relieving cream that is all natural. It is great for restless legs, or muscle aches and cramps. This cream has a light cinnamon scent to it. It doesn’t get hot and then cold like Icy Hot or other muscle creams. It just works and it works great.
