Let’s Talk About || Sofierius
As she worked on shading a bit more, her fingers turning a darker shade with each stroke, Sofia listened to him. A smile grew wider a little more with each word. It was in these moments that her smiles tended to be smaller than the ones in public, but double in sentiment. He made her much calmer than anyone else and she learned to enjoy the silence of a moment.
It was something she cherished, especially since she tended to be surrounded by friends and family that were usually quite loud. The kiss warmed her from the inside out and her body leaned backwards slightly to be able to press her lips more firmly against his. Placing her pencil down gently, she wiped her hand against her sweatpants quickly and brought it up to his cheek, shifting her body sideways slightly to keep from straining her neck. “Sei irresistibile.”
He huffed a laugh as he caught her brushing her graphite covered fingers against her sweatpants. It was adorable and endearing in a way that made him smile against her lips. He put his hands on her waist carefully, thinking fondly that he would have to check his face after for leftover graphite smudges on his face.
“You’re beautiful.” He said in response, not consciously making the decision to say anything, but not feeling embarrassed at his impromptu declaration. It was true at least, even if it was not even in the top ten list of things he adored about her. He shifted his own body to mirror hers, grabbing blindly to put her sketchbook next to his book on the table when he heard the sound of paper being bent.
