TW: blood, bandages, references to self-experimentation and minor self harm
This is an OC I made for @raileurta ‘s don’t look at me au for TFP. Ive been into horror for a while and I absolutely love transformers, so I took the opportunity to make an OC after raileurta gave me the thumbs up. Her name is Samatha, or Sam, and she’s based off of Wendigos and the Apothecary Diaries. In relation to the other humans in the AU, she’s pretty tame compared to everyone else, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t creepy. Sometimes, her classmates can spot her in the woods, her eyes inside of the human skull she found watching them silently as she searches for bones and fungi to experiment with. The autobots are both disturbed and worried for her, due to her desire to get her hands on Energon to test it on herself.
If you can’t read the description, here’s what it says: Sam loves biology and medicine to the point that she experiments on herself to understand the impacts of medicine on humans. She collects fungi, animal skeletons, insect carcasses, and arachnid molts. She is rarely seen in school; but she is quite intelligent despite her lack of education.
When she discovered the autobots, she immediately latched onto Ratchet, constantly assisting him with repairing the other autobots when they were injured. Despite being friendlier than the other humans, the Autobots are still wary of her due to her desire to see how human medicines affect Cybertronians and vice-versa.
Due to her constant silence, Jack, Miko, and Raf are not very close to her, and she makes no effort to interact with anyone outside of Ratchet and Optimus.
Suffers from social anxiety and schizophrenia, which both become easier to manage when in small groups or when alone.
