“Yeah, next Friday. 9 pm, vogue. Got it. Thanks, Mark.” Severin offered to whomever he was speaking to on his phone before closing it. He had just finished his grocery shopping and was approaching his flat, at least until he noticed a familiar figure sitting in front of his door. “Bash…?”He asked, hesitantly approaching, his breath seemingly stopping as he looked over the form of his brother. A man he had not seen since he joined the army and left him to deal with the death of their mother and cruelty of their father alone.
Sebastian had only been at the door for a few minutes, contemplating whether to knock or walk off, He hadn’t actually been this nervous in a very long time, and was cursing at himself for not simply just doing it. Severin was his damn brother, and he had no reason to feel distress in any way. He had lifted his hand to knock, when he heard footsteps and a familiar voice behind him. “Hey sis,” he teased gently as he turned around to face him.
