I'm halfway through season 3 of my Eureka rewatch.
There is a nonzero chance that fics will happen.

I live.
And I'm feeling good.
Let's see if we can't keep it going this time. I've got fics to finish.
Barry looked at the clock. It was half-past three. Just about time for- His phone went off, right on schedule. Without even glancing at the name, he answered it with a grin on his face. "Hey, you," he said, his voice echoing across the CSI lab. The voice on the other end was low and kinda growly. "Hey," Oliver replied. "I hope I'm not interrupting." Barry leaned back in his chair, attempting to put a foot up on his desk - when he almost tipped over, he decided against it. "N-No, you're not interrupting," he said, leaning forward again. "I told you to call me, remember?" Barry could hear the smile in Oliver's voice. That made him smile even bigger. "Yeah. You did."
bought a desk easel. i, uh, underestimated the size. hopefully gonna find a way to use it to get some actual pencil-to-paper sketching done. my hands have been in a good place for the most part, other than some tingling in my pinkies, and i really really miss it.

Happy holidays everyone! Love from the Normandy crew💖 Featuring Samantha's gay panic, Jack crudely flirting with Miri, Zaaed kissing his best girl, Tali being more than tipsy, and a space hamster on the loose.

This was supposed to be an artwork for N7 Day, but 30+ hours into painting I knew I couldn't finish it in time, in the end, this took 50+ hours to finish, I poured so much love and effort into showing everyone's personalities so it doesn't look like early pandemic group photo ,which is how the in game photo looks like 😂 I am replaying Mass Effect again as I always do yearly, with Paragade Sheploo for the first time, so I finally get to hear Mark Meer 's renegade lines 🔥🔥 Oh and I tried the most endorsed mods on Nexus mods and it feels like playing an amazing Remake of mass effect trilogy. I highly recommend using mods at least once! ( "Diversification Project" for increased numbers of aliens , "Take Earth Back" for more impactful final part of the game, "Dreams Remade" to make you cry more)

This has been my phone wallpaper since I saw it in Aug 2020.
I will never not love this image.

I'm alive! I've been revisiting some characters lately and decided to do a little fluff blurb to kind of motivate myself. Also to prove I can still do this. This is also an extension of a previous fic, so I've now started a series for my Pinksy Warehouse fics. Hope any WH13 fans enjoy!
HEY. I'M ALIVE. AND I WROTE A THING.
It's mainly to get my fingers moving. Kind of to prove that I can still write. It's not long. It's not complicated. It's a little fluff piece. But it's evidence.
not me having a breakdown earlier today because I'm frustrated at my inability to write lately and then people are liking my fic clips here on tumblr today...
Been in my own head a lot lately about various fandoms. I just gotta build up the motivation to get some of these ideas arranged well enough to write them. It's fun thinking of older fandoms - I've missed a lot of these characters.
About 50% of my tumblr notifications recently have been from likes to an old Arcane AI filter I discovered several years ago.
Ew.
Let's not.
let it be known that i am *very much* feeling the fic bug
i may actually write by the end of this week...crazy.
did barry just said that if felicity likes oliver he can see why? and did he just start praising him too? and he didn’t deny when she said that she thinks that barry wants to date him 🤭🤭
It's missing Steelatom hour.
End of an Era
I haven't been hyperfixated on it since Arrow ended, but the Arrowverse as a whole, including shows like Stargirl and Superman and Lois, were crazy important to me. They were my escape. They offered me some little happiness through a lot of tough situations over the past 12 years.
When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2022, no joke, one of the things I wanted to fight to see was the end of the Arrowverse. It seems stupid, but it was a nebulous point in the future that I could aim for. Now that I've confidently outlived the DCTV block, I can tick that off my list. (I'm fine, btw, in remission for anyone who stumbles across this.)
None of the shows were perfect, but I'd argue that none of them were bad, either. Every one of them had high points and low points. Even during those low points, I loved watching the characters interact. I loved every single crossover. I loved each cameo and reference. Each Easter egg. The comic adaptations. Over the past decade, I've come to realize that Shared Canon is one of my media fetishes - I love it so much.
Now that everything's Over Over, I can smile with nostalgia at the autographs I've acquired, the fan art I've supported, the fics I've read and written. I was a Part of That.
I know it's corny.
But the Arrowverse hasn't failed my heart.
