Help get rid of these whitewashed Isabela mods

Hello all my lovely followers! I have found 9 mods on Nexus mods that blatantly whitewash Isabela from Dragon Age 2. It's crazy to me that these mods have been up for 15 years and still haven't been taken down. But I believe if we work together we can finally get them removed.

If you can click the links below, they’ll take you to the mod pages. Click the "Report Abuse" button as seen below.

Then select the option "I believe this mod is breaking the rules". Then select "Inappropriate content". When asked why the content is inappropriate, select “Other Terms of Service violation”.

Hello everyone! I have something important that I want to talk about.

It’s recently come to my attention that there’s been a call to boycott DC comics because there’s been a no ongoing mainline comics centring around a black main character. You can read here to learn more about it.

I want to express my support for the boycott and my participation with a few footnotes addressing a few concerns that I have personally and a few that others have brought up, which I will cover later. But as a white creator that wants to show her support for the Black community, this is how I will be participating.

1. I will not buy any new dc books that aren’t from Black creatives (ie. Zantanna) or centered around a black main character (ie. absolute green lantern). I will instead pirate, buy 2nd hand, or borrow any issues that fall outside that category. This way, my money is showing DC demand for more black voices and characters. I implore you to do the same, but for those with pre orders through a local comic book store or have pull lists, please refrain. The loss of financial support will then fall to the store, not DC.

2. While I will continue to post more batfam comics and continue my ongoing series, I’m going to actively include more of Duke and other black members of the Batfamily in my comics. Duke Thomas is severely ignored by both DC and the fandom, and I’m guilty of this as well. I’m also aware of Lucas Fox aka Batwing although I’m very unfamiliar with his character, and I will make an effort to read more of his issues.

That being said, here are a few concerns I’ve seen from people online, black or otherwise, that I’m also concerned about.

1. Lack of support for black creatives in the field.

The organizer has called for a blanketed boycott for all of dc comics, including comics being headed by black creatives as well as comics centered around black characters that aren’t in the mainline universe such as Absolute Green Lantern.

2. Lack of support for upcoming Pride issues.

Again, because of the blanketed boycott, people have expressed concerns about how it might LGBTQ+ community’s representation in comics and the intersectionality of queer black people.

3. Local Comic Book Store’s role in the boycott

The boycott has been quite sudden and gives comic book stores little to no time to react or adjust. People pulling their preorders means that they will have unsold stock and lose money from it.

Overall, I’m not an expert in this area at all. I won’t debate anybody on me “having to do this”. I want to show my support for black creators and people who just want to see themselves represented. Your decision on how you want to participate in the boycott, if at all, is up to you. You don’t have to participate, but you can still be supportive of it. I won’t tolerate any racism in the community I’ve garnered, along with any other bigotry.

I want to conclude this by acknowledging that I am a white queer woman, and although I do belong to some minorities, I’m not part of the black community and therefore, lack insight to issues and nuances to many situations. I do my best to listen to black voices and be actively against racism, but I have made mistakes and will probably make mistakes in the future. If/when I do make those mistakes, I will listen and apologize and change.

With the new jjk episode out it being all about maki, and since i love maki and her comparisons to toji i thought i would make a little analysis thing

JJK SEASON 3 AND MANGA(KINDA) EP 4 SPOILERS!!!!

In episode 4 we see Ogi (Maki and Mai father) drag the twins to a pit full of curses, this is where Maki due to the sad death of Mai unleashes her true potential and becomes a second Toji in the eyes of the Zenins, and us the audiences eyes, but this pit of curses has another connection, it was the pit where Toji got his lip scar this was confirmed in the official fanbook.

Another connection is that they are the same generation in the Zenin family tree

There is also the fact we know about, The Kukuru Unit where all males in the clan had to enlist if they have no innate technique, now we don't know if Toji was apart of this, it's possible he wasn't because he had zero cursed energy, but i will go a limb and say he was before leaving because they train their members well through gruelling methods, which explains why he is so skilled when we see him in jjk s2. We also know through a unique case Maki was also part of this unit before she left for jujutsu high, which means if Toji was part of the unit then both him and Maki got the gruelling training that makes them so deadly.

There is also the fact they are connected through Megumi, Toji may not have been active in Megumi's life but i do think he cared, afterall he was gonna give Megumi to the Zenin clan not just for money but because 'that place will be better for you than it was for me', he was protective in a way over his son. And Maki is close to Megumi in a way, as he is her only family apart from Mai that she likes, and is close to, they clearly have a good relationship since Megumi accepted being the Zenin clan leader because Maki insisted.

Now back to the Zenin clan itself, when Ogi felt Maki's presence after she lost all cursed energy and fulfilled her full potential. He literally went 'i haven't felt this fear since him' (if i misquoted sorry) and Ranta Zenin also brought Toji while holding Maki, he said 'The current Zenin clan only exists because Toji didn't wipe us out' once again while fighting Maki somebody brings up Toji, because the amount of immense power has only been seen in Toji before Maki, she is on level with him or even surpasses him, but she is his successor through the heavenly restriction and destroying the Zenins, not leaving, but instead leaving a trail of blood as revenge for their cruelty.

Now the fight with Naoya, where once again Mak is compared to Toji, but this time through jealousy, because how could Maki, a woman be on par with Toji who even Naoya sees as the strongest, he is jealous, and hates that Maki is like Toji. Naoya even has flashbacks to when he saw Toji for the first time.

There is also the first intro to s2 with Toji walking in a certain way, and then in the first intro for s3 we see maki walking in the same way but at a slightly different angle, it just shows how they are similar

Anyways thats the end of my analysis thing because i love Maki and Toji, especially how similar they are

Kinda analysis ig of shinichi okazaki aka shin from the anime nana because he is my favourite character, please don't be disrespectful, and i am open to more opinions, i am still new to trying do character analysis and did this at 2am

TW: MENTION OF PROSTITUTION, SUCIDE, GROOMING AND UNDERAGE STUFF, I don't know how to phrase it better

So we all know Shin doesn’t have a great family life, i haven't read the manga yet but i know like a few things from the manga. I digress Shin is a truly sad character, his mother died shortly after hia birth from committing suicide, we never learn why, but i imagine this isn't a great thing for shin to learn when he is older. Shins stepfather clearly holds resentment towards Shin for being an affair child and possibly the reason his wife is dead, his half brother shares the same resentment towards Shin.

Shin also has been often called mix raced, even though he was told his father is also Japanese we don't know for certain, and this fact that he could only be half Japanese and speaks English slightly better than Japanese from what i remember. This most likely caused him to feel even more of an outcast because he is already outcasted from his family, has never felt love of a parent.

Now we get to the darker stuff that happens to Shin, so if you don't want to keep reading for your personal wellbeing don't.

We know when Shin runs away he meets an older woman, Ryoko Kashiwagi, who i believe and think its implied that she groomed shin and started to pimp him out to older women, in a scene in the anime shin is an apartment with a client where he says 'you don't look like her' or something like that (sorry my memory is bad) i think he is referring to his mother, i know thats a disgusting thought but i think he has such a twisted view of what love and affection is that he because of his grooming, lets himself be used for affection to feel for like a moment that he is experiencing his mothers love.

Now his relationship with Reira, i don't support this relationship at all as she is still older. I think these two honestly bonded over trauma in a way, in a way that even they didn't notice, they both have misguided views of love, Reira because of her being shielded from lots of stuff because of Takumi, and Shin who is now exposed to a dangerous world as a child who never experienced any type of love. I also think Shin is with Reira more often because she possibly treats him better than other clients, and stuff along those lines.

shinichi okazaki is a teenager who is manipulated and not protected largely, in the anime him sleeping with older women is often a joke, and its sad, because he is 15 when the anime and manga starts, he is a child who didn't experience love and has most likely felt alienated for a large part of his life.
