This moment was the first time I ever felt like the air got sucked out of the room. Even though I watched the movies out of order and knew what Leatherface looked like, nothing could have prepared me for the moment he first appeared on screen. To me, this is one of those perfect cinematic moments, like the iconic jump scare in Exorcist III, that never loses its power no matter how many times I watch it.
