Melbourne street art.
Melbourne.
Australia
I'm all up in Australia! It's crazy coming to terms with my time ending in New Zealand. So, I'll be in Melbourne for a few days, visiting my friend, Marcus, whom I happened to meet on my first trip to NZ. Both he & his wife, Shaz, are SO kind for allowing me to say with them!
Anyways, after hanging out in Melbourne, I'll be in Perth, which is where I'll be looking for work. I spent WAY too much money in NZ, so I gotta make a few dollars in order to keep me afloat on my travels! Get the cash. Get the props.
Winnie's is one of my favorite joints in Queenstown. They have a really cool roof that opens up, a sweet selection of Monteith's on tap, and a super relaxed atmosphere. It's a pretty unique spot, and it was great to be back!
Some poor kid from Israel (staying at the same hostel as me) is called Ofer Fuchs. I noticed his name on the visitor's list and couldn't help but find that absolutely hilarious!
The Nevis (continued).
The Nevis (revisited), nearly seven years after my first jump. Ain't nothin' really.

All the pathos and irony of leaving one’s youth behind is thus implicit in every joyous moment of travel: One knows that the first joy can never be recovered, and the wise traveler learns not to repeat successes, but tries new places all the time.
