xx a bit about myself xx
I am 24 from northern Europe.
This has been my personal inspo/motivation account and I found myself from here for motivation again.
Before scrolling any further, I want it to be clear that my account can be triggering to people struggling with EDs.
I have been travelling for past few months and have not been able to weight myself in a while, but I have lost some weight, since my jeans are big enough to fall off of me -when before travelling they were almost too tight on me some days.
I have noticed I stay here longer each morning and decided to finally see eye to eye with my stats that I have felt embarrassed to update.
My rules for most days are:
- 10-25k steps every day (some with backpack weighting around 13kg and lots of hills)
- Two meals a day, breakfast/lunch and dinner/evening snack.
- Most days one warm meal only
- Hella lot of water, except on transportation days since I can’t use toilet that often then(2,5l-3,5l /day)
-I have also started to focus on my calories again. I’m not travelling alone so to be disgreet, I go with estimates with max intake (trying to make it 800cal/ day)
