Another week, another bat painting. I feel like it took me forever to do the hoary bat because of how tricky it was to get the pattern of their fur right.

Just something quick to experiment with brushes. Thought a sunset would really suit an 'evening bat'.

So here is an old bat painting I did, been months but finally getting around to sharing it.

So, I have been working really hard on my web comic Night Bloom and so far I am very proud of it. I really want my comic to show how important bats are. I would like to thank my friends and spanish professer for their support and encouragement, and I big thank you to bats for everything they do and for giving my purpose.

What I absolutely love about Greater Mouse Eared Bats, is that their scientific name is just Myotis Myotis. These bats can be found in most of Europe.
