A teenager battling stage 4 cancer passed away on Sunday, just four days after meeting her idol, Beyoncé Knowles.  This was her last wish and her dream came true.

With the help of her friends who started sharing the #EBOBMEETSBEYONCE campaign on social media, the Black teen managed to FaceTime with Beyoncé on Wednesday from her hospital room. 

Moreover, earlier this month, her family, classmates the school district organized a graduation ceremony for Ebony Banks at her hospital.

This beautiful Black girl managed to teach us to hope and to never give up. Her hard work paid off making her last dream come true.
