Unpopular opinion : I love Mondays. I didn’t always, but now they feel like a new day and a fresh start.

One of my favourite Sunday reflections is to write down all of my goals for the week and then visualize how I’ll feel on Friday when I’ve met the majority of them. I aim for consistency, not perfection, so it’s not so much about doing it all as it is living in the energy of my best self all week. Life happens and we should live life, so being too strict about what I want to accomplish feels counterintuitive to living and enjoying my life.

So with that, I’ve got a vision and a plan for the week, but I’m flexible about how it all happens and I’ve connected with how good that’s going to feel on Friday.
