as someone who regresses to like 2-4, i really love just snuggling with my stuffed animals and watching stuff, but i really really struggle with cartoons because when i'm that young mentally i cannot deal with anything hyper or too over the top like most cartoons are
so, alternatively, i like to watch youtube with like really calm videos about stuff that interests me! and i wanted to share a list of the types of channels on youtube i like to watch when i'm regressed to help other people who might feel the same :D

North of the Border - creator that makes clay models
tanks for nothing - creator that builds fish tanks
Danny's Aquariums - creator that builds aquariums and talks about feeding/ maintenance
SerpaDesign - creator that builds aquariums, terrariums, paludariums, ect
Vanki Nails - creator that does nail art tutorials with no speaking
Safe Space ASMR - self explanatory, lots of personal attention videos like makeup and haircuts or pretend medical exams
Luna Bloom ASMR - self explanatory, some of her videos can be a little overwhelming, but they're typically labelled as being "fast and chaotic", so they're easy to avoid
Mrfrogofficialpage - ASMR done by a little crocheted frog puppet with lots of personal attention (suggested by @the-skrunkly-22838)
You’re a good kid. You don’t have to have it all figured out or keep it together all the time. It’s okay to have big feelings, it’s okay to mess up, it’s okay to have thoughts that scare you when regressed. There’s nothing wrong with you, you’re not bad. It’s okay if your regression doesn’t look like their regression. You’re doing your best.

hi! I love your trinity posts, and I was wondering if you have any headcanons about little trinity and cg dennis, especially about the earlier days of that dynamic and how it started 🩷
Hello, I know you asked for headcanons but this got wordy so I hope you don’t mind the format!! My take on the first time Trinity regresses in front of Den :33 !
Dennis knew of age regression vaguely prior to Trinity but in a very clinical sense, so at first he couldn’t really place what was happening when Trinity sometimes got shifty and snappish like she was suddenly on the defensive. Most of the time she would seclude herself in her room so it wasn’t like he was getting a front row seat he would just notice little demeanor shifts on occasion that Trinity never wanted to talk about.
There’s never a formal conversation about it, Dennis runs across something while he’s scrolling in the break room — maybe one of those Instagram graphics explaining voluntary & involuntary Age Regression as a response to trauma — and has kind of an ohhh moment. From then he tries to be accommodating but he also knows Trinity does Not Want To Talk About It, so he minds his business even when he’s mildly concerned at Trinity shutting herself in her room for hours on end.
Once after a particularly rough shift Trinity heads straight to the shower, stays in there for way too long, comes out with her skin looking red and rubbed raw and even worse she’s doing that zoned out thousand yard stare she sometimes does before promptly locking herself in her room. It’s probably the worst he’s ever seen her and although his default is to give her space, after she skips out on dinner he finds himself knocking anyway.
Trinity, of course, does not answer but Dennis is stubborn and also the youngest child so very good at being annoying. He threatens to keep knocking or just fall asleep against the door and at some point he gets desperate and just asks for a sign of life and Trinity begrudgingly cracks the door open. Her eyes are puffy and she’s got a soft, worn looking blanket draped over her shoulders that Dennis hasn’t ever seen.
Trinity is a very kind person, it’s just one of her immutable traits that she can’t shake off, and so of course when she found out Dennis’ was living in the hospital she was obviously going to offer him her guest room but— she never expected to really come to care for him or even worse trust him.
When Trin is regressed it’s usually involuntary and usually not a fun experience. It’s trauma based so she feels vulnerable and incredibly defensive and she’s used to being alone but now Dennis is here and despite her best efforts she can’t help but trust him just a little even when he’s being annoying and banging on her door and caring about her wellbeing. so when he asks her to please eat something and maybe come watch some stupid TV to decompress she complies.
She brings her blanket — the one she’s had for years and is soft and smells familiar — and a cat plush that’s not as old as her blanket but she still thinks it’s cute and tucks into the couch pointedly ignoring all of Dennis’ worried side-eyeing.
At some point Trin starts biting her nails, which is a bad habit that gets even worse during a bad drop, and Dennis intervenes because he knows it’s not necessarily his business but he’s pretty sure Trinity *might* be regressed and she can’t just be gnawing on her fingers and he tells her as much. He says something like ‘cmon, we’re doctors you know better’ and Trinity is NOT impressed but she listens anyway because Dennis is gentle about it and he tells her it’s just about germs and he just doesn’t want her getting sick.
Dennis puts in one of the shows they normally watch but it’s too overstimulating for Trin in this state of mind, she keeps flinching and bringing her cat up to her face and Dennis notices but knows she won’t say anything so he takes some initiative and pretends to be bored of whatever’s on. Dennis offers Trin the remote but she just shrugs so he settles on a random nature documentary because he’s not actually sure what Trinity is interested in / can handle when she’s feeling small. She gives him a weird look over it but he just shrugs and says that maybe her kitty cat will enjoy it which makes Trinity feel a little warm because from anyone else it might be mean but it’s coming from Dennis and she knows he’s just being silly.
Half way through the documentary Trinity is feeling way more settled than she usually is when she’s regressed and comfortable enough to nudge dennis with her foot and announce that her kitty cat actually doesn’t like this documentary and wants to watch something else. Dennis plays along because of course he does and they end up watching something off Cartoon Network instead.
I think at the beginning there are a lot of little lights like these. Dennis coaxing Trinity into taking care of herself, keeping her from chewing her nails or skipping out on meals, he gets her to introduce him to her kitty and compliments her blanket to earn some trust. There are probably at least 3-4 more nights just like this one before they actually talk about it and put a name to any of it but for the most part Dennis oddly views Trinity as the little sister never had and takes to the role of caregiver really easily because it starts with little things he’d do for her if she was regressed or not.
