hiiii super random question but literally wanting to pull out my hair bec i'm a first time gif maker ? if i could even call myself that but i was wanting to get some help making my things better if that's ok with you of course and omg your gifs are seriously the prettiest
what a sweet ask! i'd be more than happy to give you some help. just let me know what you need help with particularly (colouring, the whole process, programmes, quality, etc) and i'll give some pointers, though colouring has never been my strong suit and i'll often use resources made by other creators, so for queries regarding that i'd link some of my favourite psds to work with!

Hi! I was trying to use your template 'shadow,' but for some reason, it seems as if the images are broken, because I can't edit most of them. Is this a template issue or something that I could fix on my own? Thanks!!
hello, thanks for sending in this ask! templates breaking are, unfortunately, not uncommon and this case seems to be... both! one of the images, the one i'll post under the cut, does seem to have glitched and i'll need to find a way to fix it later on today.
the others, however, seem to be working fine! simply double click them (as they're "drawings") and a new window will appear. from there, click on the image you'd like to change, and the option to replace image should be appearing in the toolbar. if you've got any further issues with this, don't hesitate to contact me again via ask or even dms and i'd be happy to help! c:

hello, i've just logged into my account and noticed i've recieved two asks about this. upon investigation, it seems that the template's been broken somehow and will need to be fixed manually by myself. with a dash of luck, the go.og.le gods will have mercy upon me and it shouldn't be too diffciult of a fix.

the fix was finnicky, but we've managed it. the docs are now up and running again, and should work smoothly! if you run into this issue, here's the troubleshooting steps below the cut:
01. open the effected document in your mobile app. double tap the images that cannot be selected, and at the bottom of your phone screen you will see three icons; a pencil, three bars, and three other bars with a box wedged between them. click that one, the last one. this is the text wrap option.
02. the page should transform to look how it does on your desktop browser, and it should now say, "text wrap". select the inline option and repeat this process for any other images that have been effected.
voila! it should be working now, but slightly off - position. that's fine. functionality over aesthetic. any confusion? shoot me an ask!
