I’ve been going through my bookmarks on AO3 for about a week now. Just checking in and seeing what I was reading and some had to be cut from the team. I feel like I’m doing spring cleaning in my wardrobe. “That was just a faze”, “Nope, not anymore”, “Really???” And then I find one and I want cry and pick up and sniff it like a well loved shirt. “You were beautiful”
Still Writing!
Originally planned to have the next part of NewSpark out today, but I’m going to have to wait until July probably after the 4th because of work. It’s Bumblebee’s piece. I just don’t like the one I have with Prowl. Also for the Decepticon one, I have to decide if I want to go with the original plot or a completely different one. It will affect the whole series.
I have also kept to my goal of posting once a month. I’ve wrote two other fics for different fandoms and learned how to post anonymously. Crazy.
Also I have the next chapter to I Hurt You locked and loaded. I just have to edit it. My least favourite part :(

Traditionally guardians were appointed between Cybertronians and a bond was established. A guardian bond was a strange thing. It was like a creator bond in that there was some semblance of authority between guardian and charge, but it wasn’t so definitive on what the relation between the parties involved was. Humans could compare a creator bond to having parents or a mentor. There were conjunx bonds that were like being married. Amicas were very deep friends for a lack of a better word. Guardians and charges… Well, they could be any of those things. He had never found something similar in his explorations in earth culture.
Guardian angel- a phrase Sam had taught him. An assigned, unseen protector. That was close. Becoming his guardian was a vow to protect and intertwine their lives. He could be Sam’s guardian angel.
Some scoffed at Bumblebee taking the role so seriously. It would never be a true completed bond, not between one of them and a human. To some it seemed like a waste. To others it was a mockery of something so sacred. But to the ones who knew them best, it seemed right. It did not matter there was no actual bond because there was one of their own creation. One that defeated odds and all rational. Bumblebee still had guardian code, and the protocols had activated. Ratchet said his processor must have imprinted on their human.
We’re losing recipes
So I constantly get this transformer fandom made rap song stuck in my head. I found it MANY years ago and recently it was unlisted or made private on YouTube. I am actually losing it and it is just a silly song but I miss it already 😭
What really sucks is I feel like there’s not a lot of transformer fan songs. I’m kind of lame and actually like cringey and silly fandom songs. (<3 JT Music)
also if you guys have recommendations for fan songs I’m interested

One moment I liked was that Carl and Grace's time having fun shopping, adding so much duct tape to their cart, playing bowling with stacks of aluminium foil, and wearing safety glasses at the checkout doesn't have the typical comedy beat of "acting suddenly embarrassed once someone asks what they're doing." Because this film is about the importance of having fun and building friendships as an essential component of human existence, and bonding with strangers is one of the purest experiences we can have. To undermine it with the typical punchline of "this kinda stuff is cringe" would undermine the thematic center of the narrative itself, and I'm glad the film is mature enough to realize that.
Edit: I see the power of whimsy and the necessity of earnest expression as an essential component of the human experience resonates with a lot of people on here, doesn't it?
On the Nasa livestream of the Artemis mission, one of the astronauts just pointed out that they can see the moon out one window and the earth out another and the scale difference is crazy. Mission control replied: "Amaze, amaze, amaze."

Happy Mar10 day! I decided to post all three of my outfit designs that I was playing around with a few years ago for the mario girls (I’ve posted Rosalina and Daisy before). Peach's dress is inspired by 18th century French ball gowns, and Daisy's is inspired by royal ancient Egyptain clothing. Rosalina was kind of a freestyle for me, I just tried to make her feel more other-wordly!
What I’m Currently Working On
I Hurt You Chapter 3: I have three fourths of it done. On the bright side I’ve been typing other chapters simultaneously, so there’s lots of the later chapters ready for editing.
Decepticon’s Newspark Lament Piece. I will never get Prowl’s done *cries*
Bumblebee has a Newspark Lament piece too but I’m kind of stuck on it rn
A one-shot kind of body horror fic featuring bot Sam. This one is kind of short so I won’t say too much.
Secret different fandom piece.
I have an old fic idea from around the same time I came up with I Hurt You. It’s a transformer prime/ Bayverse mash up idea that I don’t know if people will be into.
Revisiting Dragon Bites and Witwicky Waters. Witwicky Waters plot is just not making any sense. I feel like the motive/ driving force behind everything isn’t strong enough for the way everyone reacts.
A one-shot collection featuring human Sam and Bee just hanging out. I have seven ideas in mind so I might post them over a week or connect them and make them a Chaptered post.
Fanfiction Goals of 2026
I know it’s a little late, but I feel like if I state them it will help. 1. I want to have all of I Hurt You done by the end of the year. I feel like that is reasonable if nothing else happens. 2. I want to post at least one thing a month starting now. Whether it’s a chapter of something or a one shot. 3. Type over write. I write really fast and have whole chapters written on paper. I don’t know how I’m going to do with this one. I write really fast and easily get in a creative flow, but I want to improve my typing. 4. Have a build up or back log of things to post. I’ve done this before and tragically lost my saves and it really destroyed my motivation. But I have been using Google Docs which is something I’m not 100% familiar with. But I’ve been trying it out since 2024 on and off and watching videos about what to do when something goes askew. 5. Work on not getting frustrated with not posting if things get too out of control again. This is for fun, I like doing it and I need to not get mad when I don’t reach my imaginary goals. Because then I don’t even want to try and we don’t need that. I think that’s all and reasonable.
