Coffee Shop AU

Shin-ah stood out the Coffee Shop, wondering how he had managed to get job as a waiter. However, he was looking forward to the experience and thought it might be a fun thing to try so he had applied for the job. 

“Yoon, shall we go in?” Shin-ah said to Yoon, who was also with him. He wasn’t sure why he had insisted he went with him, but he had and so Yoon, like him, would be helping out at the Coffee Shop as well.

Yoon wasn’t exactly sure how Shin-ah got a job either but he wasn’t about to let him do it alone so he applied as well. “Yeah, let’s” He replied before walking into the Coffee Shop and up to the counter. “Hello, we’re ready to start working here. What do we need to do?” Yoon wasn’t entirely sure what to say but he didn’t really want to leave the talking to Shin-ah.

As they walked in, it seemed strangely like they were at home and comfortable. No one seemed to be commenting on his strange dress, in fact it looked like all the waiters

“Ah, you’ve come in costumes already I see. Good, good.” the manager said. “I’ll show you what you need to do. We open in about an hour.”

Shin-ah followed the manager who showed them the various tasks that they would have to do. The manager, of course, was instantly pleased with Yoon and set him more background tasks, while Shin-ah himself was told to learn the menu before the opening time when he would be a waiter.

Of course Yoon could do anything he needed to but he was hoping to be put in the same position as Shin-ah. Never mind, it’s not like Yoon couldn’t watch Shin-ah from where he was. What Yoon hadn’t known was the costume part… Did he really look like he was wearing something out of the ordinary? I mean he could understand them thinking Shin-ah was dressed up but Yoon? Well either way he seemed to get to work in what he’s comfortable in so that’s fine.

Shin-ah looked at the menu before him and studied it as hard as he could. Surely Yoon would be better off as a waiter than him, but he would manage as best as he could. After awhile he was called to be shown what do as a waiter, he noticed that the waitress talking to him, was dressed up. Then it clicked. This must a costume cafe or something which is why he could get away with what he was wearing.

Suddenly, a cry of annoyance came from round the back. It sounded like the boss of the cafe. Shin-ah looked to where the sound was coming from and saw the boss approach Yoon.

The boss came up to him unexpectedly and started complaining so quickly Yoon could hardly make out what he was saying but still Yoon managed to get the half of it.

“So basically now the cook is sick and I really need somebody to stand in for him!” The boss said practically asking him to do it. “You cook as well as him so would you do it?! Please! I need you to!” compleatly asking him to do it.

Well if he was a cook then the waiters would be coming to him directly, right? So it was probably in his intrest to do so.

“Yeah, sure. I’ll help you out.”

The dragoness is just going to watch the younger lad from her spot in the trees. He sure is a hard worker, but can he be someone that she can trust in her forest?

The boys senses weren’t half as strong as his friends but he still felt slightly aware when he was being watched, though he didn’t know if he was or not. He tried to distract himself from the unsettling feeling with his work but it wouldn’t go away. Yoon looked around to see if someone was in his view… nobody was. He had no reason for this feeling but it gradually started to bug him… alot.“Is someone there?” He found himself asking.

The dragoness caught on that her watching him for so long did make the boy uneasy. So far, he had tried to ignore it. Had it been one of the wolves, he would have been severely injured by now. He didn’t seem threatening at all but then neither did she. Would it be a wise move to encounter this lad? She had caught on that smell of others like her already and thanks to her watching him, she could tell that he traveled with them. So taking a chance she came forth. Her own clothes were ragged as she looked at him.

Yoon really didn’t have words for this. He didn’t expect anyone to show up, he had mainly said such to get it off his shoulders, nevertheless the fact that he wasn’t imagining it made him just that little bit more relaxed.

The state of her clothes did quite bother him seeing as he had just not long ago washed everyone elses but what he really noticed was her dashing blue eyes looking at him... and... just long had they been watching him?

“Uh... hello there...” was all he could get out.

“Yeah, It’s me Yoon, but it doesn’t look like it does it?” Yoon felt bad that he couldn’t help… He must look pretty pathetic.

“What or who could’ve done this? Is it just the two of us? How do we get back to normal?” Not knowing hurt his head and not having his own head to think with made it worse.

“Aargh.”

A sign left his lips as he was met with all those questions of the other one. The lad probably was right with all of them. Zeno asked himself the same questions, but still he had no answers to them and he wasn’t so sure if saying this wouldn’t make Yoon freak out even more.

“Zeno doesn’t know if it’s just Zeno and the lad, but we could take a look at the others to find out?” he suggested in the end, while he took a few steps before he stood in front of his own body and was able to pat the other ones shoulder - still it was so strange because for him it was like patting his own shoulder? What was even going on?

“Maybe it’s a dream Zeno and the lad are dreaming right now?”

Otherwise… he had no idea what had happen..

“A dream… Yeah maybe.” Yoons thoughts turned to what Zeno might be thinking instead. flooding him with questions was inconsiderate. “I think seeing if the others are the same is a good idea. If they are it’ll be a lighter weight to be honest.” Yoon only muttered the last sentence as to not decide before seeing the full situation.

Yoon looked down at himself in confusion.  It wasn’t exactly every day he found himself in the body of someone else… In fact it had never happened before and he had no idea how to fix it. Everything felt different and uncomfortable… He looked at the himself standing infront of himself “Zeno?.. What happened to us?”

It was a strange feeing. Zeno coudn’t really describ how i felt like, but something clearly was off. Something wasn’t right.

It wasn’t until he started to search for Yoon because he was hungry, that the others looked at him crazy and shortly after he stood in fron of .. well…himself. What the hell….?

“Are you… the lad?” he asked confused. Well…. that would explain the looks of the others earlier. Must have seem strange for then if Yoon was watching for Yoon, hu?

“Zeno has no idea wha had happen.. it’s strange though…” he replied, scratching the back of his head.

“Yeah, It’s me Yoon, but it doesn’t look like it does it?” Yoon felt bad that he couldn’t help... He must look pretty pathetic.
