"Transgender, often shortened to trans, is an umbrella term that describes an individual whose gender identity differs from their assigned gender at birth (AGAB)."

"Genderfluid, or simply fluid, refers to someone whose gender identity changes over time. A genderfluid individual can identify as any gender, or combination of genders, at any given time."

Today is also Pulse Remembrance Day, a day to honor the victims of a shooting at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando. The Pulse was a gay nightclub and 49 people were killed and 58 wounded. Take some time to think about these people today and honor their memory.
