so! this month has like a ton of groups with comebacks (astro *coughs*) and I thought this post could be helpful to anyone who wants some ideas for some
kpop journal spreads! note that I may have seen some of these ideas elsewhere, but a lot of these are actually ones that I came up with. some of these are actually generic as well.
C O M E B A C KÂ Â S E A S O NÂ
kpop groups usually come put with like teaser photos, and you can make a spread of your first reactions/opinions about the concept, etc.
highlight medley / mv teaserÂ
same with the teaser images, you can take screenshots, and add these to your journal with first impressions, etc.
get some hq screenshots of the music video, and write your thoughts about it! Include some thoughts about your bias, etc.
once youâve listened to all the songs in the album, you can write about all the songs, and talk about whether you like them or not, and which one is your fave!!
hahahaha unless the group youâre doing is pentagon or seventeen lmao this should be pretty fun! screenshot some individual member pics, and write about how each member this comeback is like! I really donât know how to explain it, but some new things youâve noticed that has changed from the last comeback, and things like that. (highkey going to do this for svt tho)
choose your fave song from the album, and write the lyrics in your target language or English too however you like, and you can color code what member sings which part or write about if the song and its lyrics are meaningful to you, etc.
write about the previous comeback/debut, and talk about how itâs possibly different from this era, etc.
make a cute lil list of all the comebacks happening in the next month or two, and talk about some of the things you expect, and if youâre going to be awake/watch the music video when it comes out, and all that.
have some new artist/songs that youâve been listening to? grab some pictures of the artist/album covers, and write about some of the songs youâve been enjoying, etc.
if a kpop group recently reached 1 year, 500 days, 2 years, or however long, write about some of the things they did to celebrate, and/or include some pictures from debut, and how much they have changed since then, and major accomplishments
if a kpop group you like came out with some nice photos, print them out, and basically fangirl about how pretty they all look
if you donât despise this show lmao, write about some talented people like my otkâs knk, and hyojin from onf heâs center btw heâs a cutie
