SPOOKY Tulip & Plasma!!

BOO! You'd better watch out for the monstrous Plasma and his... pumpkin brother Tulip!!

Had a lot of fun designing costumes for these guys. Tulip's was pretty simple, suggested by my partner as one of those big silly pumpkin costumes. As for Plasma, I thought of how Plasma's powers are of Dr. Starline's own making... so why not make him Frankenstein's- er, Starline's monster!!
