i mean a bit of a hard time i guess

i usually can feel them going down my throat is the main thing

so i do take them with water

i dont crush them though no ive never done that

i hate scrambled eggs but thats the best way to get protein and eat bread

i just want toast man

im going to miss her so much im sad i will probably be missing neha the entire trip

my head hurts ten billion and i miss my girlfriend

i should eat something probably because its going to be ages before i can eat again
