I am completely drained mentally and emotionnaly. I had a very long and important message to send to one of my doctors and I didn’t expect it to be one of the most anxiety induced thing I did the past year.

But… At least my issues should start to resolve themselves at the start of the new week so that’s something. And now I sleep.
