Hey Sonics!
A very Happy New Year to you all! Here is a quick teaser video of the intro & chorus of my new single “Eye of the Storm” with London-based Hip Hop Artist Costi and out Wednesday, 20th January.
It’d be 2021 disco biscuits if you could take a moment to pre-save it!
Hey Sonics! How is everyone doing today? I hope you've all had a chance to enjoy the summer sunshine. It's been a hot week in the studio, so I've been working around the heat. I'm a little worried I'm not getting enough radio submissions in for "All The Little Things"; but on the plus side, I'm well into production on two more tracks. In this week's Tobisonics Episode, we're doing something a little different from our usual topic, we're taking a look at how you prepare and send multi-tracks t

In this week's Tobisonics, we're adding movement to your productions with Auto-Pan. We're going to be using the stock Auto-Pan that comes with Cubase and - to keep

How is everyone doing? I'm running late. It took a bit of time to dig out this week's 21; a lot of good tracks, but very similar in mood/feel, making it tricky to build a playlist of shifting contrasts.
We got there in the end. We also passed 4k followers/likes this week. A big thank you to everyone who stops by to listen to the playlist; in particular, our core of regular listeners that listen week in, week out.

Hey Sonics!
How is everyone doing? I hope you all had a good weekend and the week has started well for each and every one of you. In this week's episode, we're taking a look at the latest upgrade of Fabfilter's delay plugin, Timeless 3.
In honesty, although I have used Timeless 2 in productions, I find the interface fussy and difficult to work with; so, before I buy the upgrade, I need to know that the new Timeless 3 interface is intuitive and easy to use. And I need to know what the Timeless 3 will bring to my productions that is different from what I already have.
In order to make this a real-world test, we'll be breaking open the production for my latest single, "All The Little Things" and seeing how the Fabfilter Timeless 3 stacks up in a direct comparison with the existing production.

How is everyone doing on this fine Wednesday? I was working on a new disco production this morning. It's starting to come together. I transposed the bassline from E to F# and that really helped to sit the bass right. Hopefully, it'll be out in the summer!
In the meantime, have you caught my new single, "All The Little Things" with Wee Scots Poet?
