Still alive, unfortunately

I ended up in the ER yesterday due to a rapid decline of my mental health over the weekend. They granted me one week of medical leave from work, my supervisor and co workers have been amazingly supportive so far.

I'm on new medication that is knocking me out most of the day so it needs some adjustements, hopefully things will improve soon, at least I managed to organize my room today, I haven't been able to do so in weeks, and I took a shower after days.

I may post about what brought me to this state later, its just that thinking about it makes me tired, I had two breakdowns over it on sunday, I'm so tired.
